Cyclingdeal is the best plsce to shop for that part you can not find anywhere else. Prices are good and the shipping service is reliable.

This company's customer service was really poor. I ordered 2 Xmas presents about 2 weeks before Xmas from this company in the same city as I live. The items were delivered 10 days AFTER Xmas. Their website stated 2-3 business days for delivery. When I contacted them to check what was happening after a few days, they told me that the parcel had been collected by their courier company (fastway courier)but that that company was unreliable and often failed to deliver at busy times. When I suggested they should indicate on their website that there are potential delivery delays so customers can decide whether to buy and that they should also use a different courirer service, I was told that it wasn't their responsibiliity in any way as the parcel had been despatched to the courier company, that it was unreasonable to expect delivery at this busy time anyway and if I wasn't happy, I should shop elsewhere. The woman put the phone down on me. I rang back and asked to speak to the manager who gave me the same story and also put the phone down on me without taking any responsibility or attempting to solve the problem. The discussions with the courier company were in the same vein. The Xmas presents were late, arriving in the new year, and couldn't be given away on Xmas day. I received a lot of abuse from both cyclingdeal and Fatsway courier and I will not never use either of these companies again. The staff at both companies were rude, unhelpful and didn't attempt to provide a solution.

How can you go wrong, just purchased a new MB and has all the spec stuff and names you know, the frame is covered by life time warrenty.

I purchased a pool that was collected by a frieght that was collected by a frieght company that very day. After it was Not delivered to me I called cycling deals Who contacted the freight company on my behalf. They called me straight back apologising that the freight company had lost my parcel. They allowed me to organise my own transportation and refund of my freight cost. Excelled service when they could have just made me deal with their frieght company who were not giving me any answers. Thank you cycling deals. They went above and beyond which is rare these days 😄
