I think you need to review the use of Fastway Couriers, they are hopeless, it's been over a week and still nothing, and their website only shows it was picked up in Melbourne.

I broke my bike rack, the way you do, so I contacted cycling deal and the replacement parts arrived within 48 hours. They were very efficient and easy to deal with.

I bought two of the steel, 'Wheel In' roofrack mounted bike carriers at the last minute before a roadtrip. They arrived (free delivery) on the first day of the scheduled delivery window.
Everything fitted as it should and the frame clamps are firm. I mounted them to a set of Rino Rack Aero Bars.
The bikes have been securely held on the racks for nearly 4000km of bitumen and dirt travel; including some 'spirited' attacks on alpine dirt roads. The only things I've changed are a strap around the clamp and frame and replaced the 'U' bolt clamp mount with anti-theft screws directly into the roofracks for added security.
I would like to see the complete frame clamp assembly secured at it's pivot point with something more than a blind head bolt and an 11mm nyloc nut; to prevent a thief with a spanner and time grabbing the bikes. This is really a minor gripe considering the price and quality of the rack.
Overall, very satisfied.

Product delivered on time and attended to warranty claim promptly with a helpful attitude. The product could have been assembled better which would have eliminated the warranty claim in my opinion.
Replaced doubtful item with a new one without any argument.
Will go back again.
