Paid them £250 for a year book advert which has never been published. Emiled several times and not received a response.
Don't touch them!!!
Updated 1st Feb 2018 following response from Cycling World.
Well not sure you really want the issue resolved as Andrada or Declan Wale from Cycling World haven't responded to my emails dated 9th, 13th & 15th January 2018?
No mention on your website or social media of the Year Book that I paid for and no updates on Facebook since 31st October - which I find strange.

Renewed my subscription - against my better judgement. Received one back-copy and no other magazines. No reply to my November email so far.
Content often out of date, lack of maps showing locations featured, over use of large photographs, and thin on content.
A waste of money!

Invoices for ads I didnt place in the magazine
They phoned me to discuss putting an ad in their magazine I asked for the details to be emailed to me, I decided not to place an ad with them, I then went on Holiday and would you believe it, I had an invoice sent to me for £400 for an ad
I had not agreed and the magazine hadn't even been published, since then I have another 3 invoices for this amount from them, I have phoned them repeatedly about this and I get nowhere I have phoned the finance company who is sending out these invoices to explain the position, today their phone has been engaged since 09.00 it is now 11.30, do not have anything to do with this company !!

Completely untrustworthy.
Completely untrustworthy.
Subscribed at a bike show and paid £40 for a year subscription.
Received at best 2 months of a 12 month subscription and the rest never appeared.
Tried to contact the magazine but just get fobbed off and passed around, nothing ever resolved.
Tried to politely query the issue on Twitter and Facebook to get no response and be blocked from posting further.
I suspect this magazine isn't legit.
UPDATE 02/02/18: Sorry your reply is a complete fabrication. I received at least 2 issues after the show which means you had the subscription details otherwise I wouldn't have received any. You also blocked me on Facebook and Twitter when I queried this issue. I contacted you by phone multiple times and was just given the run around. Avoid this "magazine" at all costs, check out other reviews of this magazine elsewhere and you'll see this "issue" is recurring.

This company have been spamming me for …
This company have been spamming me for many months. They have refused all requests to unsubscribe me, except once when they said they would, but didn't. 6 weeks ago I sent them a formal notice of my concern of their use of my data but the only response I've had from them since is "Boo Hoo" from the magazine editor, and more spam from their ad-space-sellers. I would avoid interacting with them if you can.
UPDATE TO RESPONSE:
"If"?! You were contacted more than once by the ICO about keeping my email on file. I have zero interest in cycling so, no, I don't want your magazine. I could ask you to give the subscription to a friend who likes cycling but I won't as I wouldn't trust you with their contact information. I am glad that someone in your firm is finally trying to get your house in order and look forward to never hearing from you again.
