Pia bella northern Cyprus and peaceful holiday
Pia bella northern Cyprus Lovely clean hotel, the staff are very helpful and welcoming and really made our 2 weeks so enjoyable, the food is good and the entertainment in the evenings is very good at the garden bar where you can sit and enjoy, the rooms clean and tidy and cleaned well ,the 2 swimming pools are nice to get into to cool down after the warm sunshine and a special thanks to Mr morat who makes sure everyone's holiday goes well and we'll worth the money and very relaxing and you get a good night's sleep.

Famagusta, our first visit ( usually Kyrenia)
We have used Cyprus Paradise several times and have always found them to be very helpful. The staff are knowledgeable about the Island.
We needed help with our boarding passes ,Kathleen was very helpful and made it clear to email again if we needed more help.I wouldn’t hesitate to use Cyprus Paradise in the future.

Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible, loads of problems with the online booking and logging in to check your holiday is impossible!! Not a great first impression but limited on travel agents who deal with north Cyprus.. just hope things get better before my holiday!! The customer service when eventually get to speak to them.. is shocking..

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel I have to on this occasion. Kathleen Esenel has been absolutely wonderful in helping me book my holiday. She was so patient, understanding, and nothing was ever too much trouble. What really stood out was not just her professionalism, but also her kindness and sense of humour, which made the whole process a pleasure. I’ve booked with Cyprus Paradise many times over the years and always had good service, but Kathleen really went above and beyond. Excellent service from someone who clearly cares about her customers – she is a real credit to the company.

We stopped at the Grand Sapphire resort…
We stopped at the Grand Sapphire resort and Casino at the beginning of August.Our studio room was modern and very clean.The hotel is ultra modern and is immaculate through out with a very upbeat vibe,there is something for everyone .The main pool is large and spacious with plenty of sun beds (we never struggled to get somewhere to sit)and is ideal for families and younger couples or groups,live DJ sets at different times of day give a real party feel.As we are in our early sixties we mainly used the adults only pool on the Terrace which was on the 4th floor,it was ideal for us ,it had plenty of beds, a large seating area and also 4 or 5 individual booths with sofas and chairs in to relax in.There was a bar which served absolutely anything you wanted,all in all it was excellent for us,a nice quiet relaxed pool area.There is also a beach area that is accessed by free shuttle buggies from the main entrance,the beach is lovely and shallow so great for kids.All the restaurants and snack bars are great,lovely food and always quick to arrive and a good choice of food.Met some wonderful people and had a great experience there.

Not receiving the correct information when booking online. Having to select your own seats to ensure party members are together when everything is done. Had this been mentioned initially I would not have booked.
