Weeks holiday booked in Kyrenia
We wanted to book a weeks stay in Kyrenia following a brief visit to Larnaca. We contacted Cyprus Paradise by telephone, as we had specific requirements that we could not arrange online, and spoke to Diane, who is professional and helpful . Diane gave us great advice on where to stay, arranged for transport and had great knowledge of the Kyrenia area. I would throughly recommend Cyprus Paradise.

A holiday above and beyond expectations
We cannot fault the service and holiday offered by Cyprus Paradise. From initial booking through amendments, the holiday itself and post holiday service. Kathleen was always responsive , professional and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.
The holiday was fantastic and the Limak Sport Arcadia resort was above and beyond our expectations . We will be booking again for 2026 and we would not hesitate to recommend Cyprus Paradise to anybody looking to travel to Turkey , Cyprus of Malta

My partner and I booked a one bedroom…
My partner and I booked a one bedroom apartment at the Hidden gardens near the Merit royal diamond hotel in Caravas, northern Cyprus.
We arrived via a taxi transfer organised by the holiday company but had no idea where our apartment was.
The holiday company had decided to tell email us on the day of our departure from England not realising that we had no internet for most part of the day . Hence when we got to the place we had no idea which apartment was ours. So having to go to the hotel and getting internet was our only option . The taxi driver had had enough by then and just left us. Eventually we got a message from the holiday rep and a kind porter from the hotel walked us back to find the apartment. It was very stressful not knowing where we would end up that night.
The apartment was ok . No condiments, like salt or pepper or sugar was left as a gesture of good will. No instructions of any sort. In the picture there was a sofa bed which could sleep an adult but ours was big enough for a child. No extra bedding and two toilet rolls for the two of us for seven days,
But the worst was that there were street dogs everywhere and I am a dog lover but they decided to start barking and howling at all times. Evenings, middle of the night and mornings.
It was so loud at times that sleeping was difficult.
We had no internet fort two days , so yet again we had to go to the nearest hotel to report the issue.
Our paperwork said that pickup was on the 18/11 at 2.30pm but yet again they decided to let us know that the pick up was at 12.30 pm the same day.
The driver arrived at 12 pm and after picking up some more people we got to the airport 3 hours later, a journey which should only take an hour and a half.
Noise pollution and lack of communication on the company’s behalf ruined our holiday. So I want you to be aware of all these issues before you book

We understand that receiving the email on the day of departure, especially when you had limited internet access, caused unnecessary worry and inconvenience, and we will be reviewing our processes to prevent this from happening again. We are also very sorry to hear about the issues you encountered at the apartment, including the lack of basic items, bedding, and instructions. This is not the standard we expect for our guests, and we will be raising your comments with the property management to ensure improvements are made. Regarding the noise from the local street dogs, we completely understand how disruptive this must have been. While this is unfortunately something that can occur in certain parts of Northern Cyprus, it should not have impacted your stay to the extent that it did, and we are sorry for the disturbance you experienced. We also apologise for the difficulties with the Wi-Fi and the late communication regarding your return transfer. We recognise how frustrating this was and how it affected your overall experience. Your comments have been shared with our operations team so that we can address the communication lapses with our partners.
Please rest assured that your feedback is taken very seriously and will help us improve the experience for future guests. Grand Sapphire Resort and Casino
We booked a stay at the Grand Sapphire Resort and Casino, Kathleen at Cyprus Paradise was wonderful, answering any questions we had promptly The hotel did not disappoint, there was something for everyone. The food and drink are of a very high standard, as is the accommodation, along with the pool and beach areas. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked again for next year, with Kathleen giving us excellent service once more!
