Mark from Rockhampton is a King

After finding the right rugs on the website I visited the Rockhampton store to buy them. There was very limited stock and they had to be ordered in. Mark from Rockhampton was genuinely so helpful and was able to accommodate my needs exactly. Will 100% go back whenever I need more rugs.

I hate to say it but the colour is…

I hate to say it but the colour is completely off. It looks far cheaper in person and I don’t think I can use it unfortunately. Everything worked smoothly so I won’t give 1 star, but it’s disappointing

I ordered a rug it was moth eaten

I ordered a rug it was moth eaten. Was told to chose another for them to send and that to was moth eaten and again I chose another and….. moth eaten.
So I asked for my refund and yes they were going to send my request for someone to approve…. I have heard nothing…. I email them and no response.This rug has cost over $500.
No rug no refund but they have my money….
My suggestion here to people is don’t buy from these people.. you will end up with nothing.

Fantastic customer service at the Rockhampton store

We visited the Rockhampton store today, a big thank you too Mark, from the moment we entered the store his friendly approach, knowledge and advice made our shopping experience enjoyable, we purchased 4 Persian rugs, thank you Mark for taking the time to get the rugs down from there hangers so we could see them when laid out on the floor, my wife and I are very happy with the rugs and they look fantastic.

Don't use this company

Bought a rug and thankfully was able to return it for a better colour to suit our needs, but when we laid it on the floor it was not square. Advised the store and was told a new rug would be in the next week, but needed to return our rug within 7 days Which we did. The replacement did not arrive and no one seemed to know why or where it was. This whole process took just on one month. Emailed owner and now, 3 weeks later have no response from him or an apology. Would not recommend.

Decided we needed come colour in our lounge

We selected our lounge mat online and received it within a week. We were very happy with the service. The delivery man was very efficient and polite. We had a query about our mat, and the lady that helped me was excellent and got back to me within the half hour with the answer. We would really recommend
Cyrus for purchasing any mats. Very happy with everything

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Cyrus Rugs and cannot recommend them. The rug I ordered was advertised and pictured as grey, but what I received was beige/brown — a completely inaccurate product description.

When I requested a return, the company deducted the original shipping cost from my refund, even though I had already paid for shipping when I purchased the rug. They also required me to return the rug at my own expense. After I went through the effort and cost of sending it back, I was then told I could have just kept it. This demonstrates an inconsistent, unfair, and confusing return process.

Their customer service was unhelpful throughout, and their refund policy is far below industry standards. Many other companies offer better quality rugs, accurate product descriptions, fairer return policies, and more responsive service. I will not be purchasing from Cyrus Rugs again.

The carpet lasted two years with…

The carpet lasted two years with limited use. Colour nearly disappeared despite never seeing the sun. Did not live up to expectations and we were met with total denial and distrust when we complained. Avoid Cyrus if you expect service and carpet fit for purpose. The responce from Cyrus was disappointing. At no time did we mention the rug pile but that was all they addressed. The colour has faded and that is the only complaint. If there is doubt, the rug can be viewed at Jacaranda Avenue Murwillumbah by contacting 0410658518. Cyrus management say it has not faded but you be the judge.

We've taken a look at your photos and compared them to the product. The rug you purchased, the Orlando Distressed style, includes sections of mottled red, blue, and neutral tones. When you visited our store in person the issue you raised was no the colour but the pile. We offered to wash the rug for free because it was very dirty when you brought it to our Warehouse but you declined. No fault was apparent it was simply used and the pile which had been covered by a table had a different feel to the pile which had been walked on for 24 months.

All in all the product is holding its colour without fading and the feel of any rug pile can be expected to depress after use.

My rug was apparently left in my front…

My rug was apparently left in my front yard in full view without notification of delivery and someone forged a signature (as required for delivery)
I was actually home at the time of delivery and no attempt was made to to knock etc.
I am still without a rug and a considerable of money. The rug was also gift. Just so very disappointed
