My experience with cyster wigs was very, very Good! I order the Angelique by Jon renau. I previewed it on the cyster wig video. The color raspberry syrup(FS24/32) was spot on when I received the wig. The video took a lot of the guess work out of it for me even though I wasn't real sure about the color that was right for me. I did email customer service about when my wig would ship and it shows unfulfilled until they get the tracking number from the supplier. My order showed this for 5 days and I was concerned I was forgotten about. But I wasn't and my wig showed up 2 days later. I am very pleased with the wig and customer service!

Cyster Wigs is an excellent company to buy wigs from! They have a great selection and frequently have sales so things are really affordable. I will definitely coming back for more!!

This is my third order from Cysterwigs! I have had a great experience each time! I love the added touch of pretty tissue paper inside the box! Heather’s videos and descriptions are always right on! I order from Cysterwigs now after having used a competitor for thirty years! You won’t be disappointed!

Everything is wrong with this company, but the worst is a customer service!
I've decided to purchase their product base on 5 star reviews from other people. Lucky those who could wait 2 weeks for their order (according to their policy its 10 business days), and didn't have to return anything. Now after a month and a half of an extensive email correspondence, I finally got my money back (keep in mind they will provide you with a return label and deduct it from your total, plus the 10% handling fee.Together it may be well over $25 just for one wig).
By the way: email is the ONLY way they chose to communicate with their customers, which I find is very convenient method when answering question and dealing with problems is undesirable. There is, of course, a customer care support # you can call at, but all you'll be getting is a lengthy voice mail, which will explain to you in cheerful manner that because they are very small company, they can't keep up with all the orders, besides they are extremely short on staff...and due to the holidays... and so one so forth... My question is: why are you in business, if you say you can't keep up with it???
My whole experience with them was total frustration! I would've recommended this company only to my worst enemy, if I had one, or someone who I wanted to be punished.
People, make sure to read carefully their FAQ section, which clearly explains their policies. It is a mile long, and I didn't have the time for that. If you're like me, and something goes wrong with your order, you will be getting apologetic emails in return with a list of helpful links from that section to resolve your problem...
Usually, if I don't have anything good to say, I don't say anything, but this rule now, after everything I've been through with them, needs a restoration...

Love my Zuma wig in Rose Gold-R. Couldn’t find it anywhere, but CysterWigs located it for me. Their Customer Service is the best I have experienced, they Actually called me back to help me with my order. Thank you Heather with your great crew ❤️❤️❤️

At first I was unsure about everything. There is so much talk out there and companies that don’t come through like they are suppose to. But especially once I realized that the wig reviews on YouTube I had been watching of Heather, was her company, I settled in and have enjoyed the whole transaction. I've been a CysterWigs customer for several years now, and I've had nothing but excellent, friendly service. The customer service desk is consistently, kind responsive and transparent, and the prices are right (when there's a sale). The sites (including the clearance site) are quite easy to navigate and Heather's reviews on YouTube are helpful to figure out colors. Again, the transparency comes through; Heather is honest if a wig is not as good as it should be - in any way. Sometimes it takes a bit long to get an order fulfilled, but that is more a function of the wig company in question because the brand I buy most often get drop-shipped from California. Best of all: CW are LGBTQ+ friendly as all get out.

Easy to navigate the website & love that there are a lot of videos about color, style & fit. Heather does an excellent job of being in the forefront of wig knowledge & passes that on to the consumer. Returns are easy & I have recommended Cysterwigs as my first choice in wig shopping. Pricing is also very competitive & there are always weekly or monthly sales. I even took a leap of faith & purchased a closeout wig & was very happy that I did.

This is a small female ran retailer who goes out of their way to make exceptionally high quality material to help people with their alternative hair journey and honestly I would have been very lost in the beginning of this Journey without their color spot lights and wig reviews! It made me feel less alone when I was going through a time where I felt very scared and alone and like I was the only one had to wear wigs. So for that reason I’m really loyal to the store and while there are some perks to going to a bigger retailer they don’t outweigh the benefit of purchasing from people who actually care and understand the struggle. -heather McCain
