I had to make a purchase because I had a credit from a previous purchase. I don't like to shop at places that offer only credit and charge a high return fee but I obviously wasn't paying attention and was stuck. That being said, the customer service is quick and friendly. The variety of inventory is quite good. I won't be a return customer only because of the return policy.

Cysterwigs is my only online wig source. I like the layout of the site and the ease of use. YouTube videos are sooo helpful and I love your transparency and the way you deal with problem children by being direct. I just received Rose by JR in Malibu blonde and it’s my hubby’s new fave. It is my fave for summer for sure. Kristi and Eve are my favs... so far. My Voltage Elite is pretty sweet. Jett by Estetica may be in my future.

I recently purchased a Karla by Noriko with a in-store credit from the return of Eve and was very satisfied with the coverage, the lace front, monofilament and style. I bought it in silky sand. The color was a little more blonde than I thought but I like it and my family loves it.

Cysterwig has a lot of pluses. Their customer service is great and the prices (with frequent sales) are good. Shipping is efficient. My only complaint is their policy of penalizing customers for having to do a return, Charging a $29.46 penalty for a return seems excessive. If a local shop charged nearly $30 for trying on a wig, I would never buy from them. I will not say that I'll not buy from CysterWigs again, but only if it is a second wig in a style and color that I am sure will work for me.

Avery wig by TressAllure, turned out to be a very nice wig. I had to do a little customization, which I do with most of my wigs, trimmed and thinned out bangs and cut about 1 inch off the length. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the top seems to have a pointy cap that unless you had a pointy head you could never fill it in so the tip is empty. Also, wishes the color I ordered, Sugar Brûlée, had a little more blond highlights.

Customer Service is everything! I have full confidence in purchasing from CW! They've gone the extra mile several times. The staff is educated, helpful, very friendly! Highly recommend!

I purchased the Tressalure Charlotte wig. It is so cute. The cap ran large on me so I sewed a row of wefts together to make it smaller. I also thinned it out because it was too puffy for me. The cap is very comfortable which is what I am looking for, for summer. I also sewed moleskin along the cap rim. I have a very sensitive scalp and it gets very hot and humid in the midwest.

Customer support was very prompt and courteous in addressing my question. I’ve been nothing but satisfied with my experiences with CysterWigs! They go above and beyond!

I've been buying wigs and hairpieces for several years. Cyster wigs is my go to store now. Love the videos they help me determine what the wigs looks like out of the box not something that has been cut and styled and you can't believe it's the same wig.

I am reviewing Jon Renau's Ruby. I must say I absolutely love the color Martni. It. Is the first time that I have tried a silver grey tone color. Cyster Wigs was great with the order and delivery time. I am a little disappointed with the lace front. Upon opening the box 2 little pieces fell out. Not sure where they came from, but they looked like both had 2 hairs, held together with a knot. It is a cute wig, I just feel the lace front was not up to the brand's quality. I love Custer Wigs and will continue to order from them. It certainly not their fault that the manufactured quality was not too good on this unit.

The quality of their wigs is excellent, although the one that I chose didn't suit me, and I had to return it. Wig cost is also good. I was at first disappointed there isn't a live person that I could speak to. I kept emailing them and kept getting automated responses. Finally, someone send me the return label via email attachment. Now, I'm just waiting for my refund. I might order from them again.

The Nadia by Envy (Alan Eaton) in Amaretto Cream is believably natural looking. The texture feels silky, just like healthy bio hair. It is not overly shiny, like many synthetics. Very lightweight, yet not skimpy. I love, love, love this piece. Unfortunately for me, since I'm still in the beginning phase of hair loss and thinning on top and temples, my remaining bio hair in back is still too thick to wear Nadia. She was just a tiny bit on the snug side. I will stick with the toppers for now, but will definitely wear the Nadia by Envy in the near future. I highly recommend this piece! By the way, Cyster Wigs and staff are the best, hands down! Thank you!

The first wig I purchased was a great wig (Crushing on Casual), but the red color offered had a little too much blond in it for me. The return was easy, fast, and I got my credit (less the 10% stocking fee) quickly. I ordered a different wig (On your Game) and chose a richer red color (cinnabar) ....and it was perfect!! I even got it on sale!! I took the wig to my hairdresser to have the bangs trimmed and the crown and sides thinned out a little to better suit my face. My hairdresser couldn't get over what a great wig it was and how it styled so easily.

I have over 20 wigs and this is my 2nd Heidi. She is absolutely gorgeous and the one I always get the most compliments on! I think this one is a bit less dense than my first Heidi and the lace-front looks better - both positives. The perma-tease can be a bit much, but after taming it (watch youtube videos), the boxy look shown in the manufacturer photos can be resolved. (Look at Heather's pics - much better!) This has to be my all-time favorite!
