Missing a battery in the DJI store
When I dropped my drone to fix at the DJI store, I handed in a battery and drone but they returned only drone. I asked them for the battery to return but they said they didn't get it. It ended up I didn't get the battery and ovbiously I lost the battery in the store.

It took over two months to receive my order. I contacted them after 6 weeks as they still did not give an ETA. They wouldn't upgrade to the latest version even though it was in stock, but said "oh we can give you an open box one if you want". Why didn't they offer that in the first place! Then a month after that conversation they still hadn't posted it, so I contacted again and they had it in the post the next day. No compensation or anything thrown in for the hassle.
