They delivered the sofa on time and it was good quality. Eric and Scott did a good job bringing everything into the house which wasn't the easiest to access.

Great product and VFM
Smooth ordering and delivery service. Would order from this company again. Garden parasol is delightfully kitsch and I’m really pleased with it. Agree with other reviewers that the height is a tad short but didn’t matter where we are using it. Fabric and edging is great quality and makes the product look more expensive than it is. Initially I had trouble getting the parasol to stay open but worked out that you have to line up the mechanism properly. All in all the parasol is good VFM and the yellow and white stripes makes me smile every time I look at it.

Avoid the rattan furniture arrives warped
Avoid the rattan furniture, mine came with warped table top , they have told me rattan warps over time, it is brand new , I have never had rattan warp before, can only assume this is very poor quality , still in discussions with them but wanted to warn others before making expensive purchase . Very disappointing, there are other companies offering much better quality furniture for similar price

I am FUMING angry. I've spent days on emails with terrible customer associates. After receiving item with small damages. I had ready paid a handy man and booked him to assemble it that day as I'm disabled. It was assembled. Had some visible damage and two very small missing parts.
I had Lene on 21st offer me a 15% refund which I have accepted THREE times and have yet to have that refund actioned! And now a completely different associate has taken over the conversations and us asking me to keep the box incase they ask me to return the item!
I am only awaiting the 15% refund and the little stickers that cover the visible screws
This is disgraceful. Empty promises of a resolution, never actioned. Non stop asking me to confirm I am happy for them to proceed!
Just do what you promised me or I will get trading standards involved.
This has put me off ever shopping with daals again.

The delivery was all mix up
The delivery was all mix up, the date was set then it changed twice with very little notice. Then the wrong hinges were sent and two over 10 emails and over a week to get the right ones. Very slow process. The wardrobe itself is ok but would not shop wiyj them again

Disappointed with missing fittings
I ordered a large amount of garden furniture, worth thousands of pounds. Unfortunately, the dining table arrived without the fixtures/fittings needed to assemble it, so it currently can’t be used.
Customer service have acknowledged the issue after I called and then sent the photos requested, and said the missing parts will be sent within the next 3 business days, but I do feel this should have been handled with more urgency given the value of the order and the inconvenience caused. The dining table was the key item we needed, and the parts are currently taking up space inside our home.
I appreciate that they are sending the missing parts, but I would have expected a quicker resolution or a goodwill gesture. It has taken the shine off the order and made me hesitant to buy from them again.
