Customer service is brilliant
Customer service is brilliant. I had a lot of questions about the golden boot buyback program, as it was the first time I was sending cards before. Answers came back the same day within a few hours even over the weekend. Very friendly and helpful.
Order was sent on Friday evening and I received it on Wednesday but I had to reroute because I wasn’t home so I think that added an extra day to the delivery time. 2/3 business days for delivery is very good so another plus
Overall I’m very happy

Somehow i thought i was buying a box of…
Somehow i thought i was buying a box of 6 pokeball tins for a sale price. What i received was 1 pokeball tin.
Looking back the first picture was of the box, but you can select a single tin also in the same advert.
This is confusing as Frack. In the end i think paying 31 euro for one tin, is absurd. And when you see that the packs did not crack 4 euro in value. A bitter dissapointment. Please do something about the way you put single en box items in the same advert.

As for the price, €31 is generally around the current market price for a single Poké Ball Tin, although we understand that's little comfort when the packs inside don't contain the value you were hoping for.

Just an Opinion
There is nice stock/variety of football hobby box to choose from. Prices of some are higher then other EU stores. I would like D&A to consider stock transfer with in their Global to EU store which would make EU customers have more seamless purchases. Lastly D&A has to offer ‘Express Courier’, by only offering standard shipment for comparably higher price then your competitors you might loose on regular customer like me who buy every month.
