Mary-ann was super patient with me
Mary-ann was super patient with me. I'm frustrated by my encoding software not working as I expect. Mary-ann helped me get my settings for output to DaCast corrected. So video is flowing to DaCast now.
I wish Mary-ann also worked support for the software encoding company too. I know I'd be all fixed up in no time.
