Great idea, managed to talk to someone about my boiler and my hob. As they were able to see what was going on via the video call it was sorted quickly and easily.
Would use again and recommend highly.

Great concept
Asking for advice is difficult. Forums, friends/relatives, getting quotes from tradesmen are all time consuming and have their flaws. The DAD service is offering to do away with all this for a small fee. Couldn't wait...
The person I spoke to seem to know what they were talking about but more importantly I really felt like they were on my side, not saying something to inflate a bill or having it their way. Beats amateur hour with a friend/relative too. Would use again.
I did have trouble getting through to someone but they did call me back. Needs more staff I guess.
