Still waiting for item after 6 working days - the 72hr delivery speed is not true.There is no point of contact through the website in regards to emailing/messaging a query. Not very impressed at all. I shan't be using this service again.

Apologies. I sell through multiple channels and occasionally items are sold elsewhere before i get the chance to remove from the inventory. I am in the process of adding further automation to this process to eliminate such errors. Managing a fast moving inventory of 60,000+ titles is a challenge, especially when new items can sell within a couple of hours of being listed.
