My Daewoo cyclone developed a fault

My Daewoo cyclone developed a fault, I contacted Daewoo electricals, not expecting anything, but hoping for the best. I received a very prompt reply and acknowledgement within a few days.
It was explained that my particular model was not available, but another would be sent as a replacement, if I agreed, which I did.
I received a replacement vac in under three weeks.
Well done Daewoo Electricals, customers service at its best.
One happy and impressed customer.

Daewood cordless vacuum:
Bought a few months ago from Lidl.
Absolutely useless! Poor suction & almost impossible to refit the filter unit once removed for cleaning. A dreadful design - I could have done better!
DO NOT BUY.
We will dispose of ours and replace it with something that has been properly designed.

40" Daewoo tv dead at 8 months.

I bought a 40" Daewoo television from Carrefour Online in November 2023. The screen is now blank and there is no sound. Daewoo claims to offer a 3 year warranty so i contacted them to get my tv repaired. They told me that Carrefour Online is responsible for repairs, so i contacted them. Carrefour told me to contact Daewoo. So i have a lovely 40" Daewoo tv, with a 3 year warranty and it has stopped working after only 8 months. What a terrible service from Daewoo, how does this company continue to sell any of their products, and why offer s warranty that they then ignore completely? Never again shall i buy any Daewoo products and i'll never shop with Carrefour either.
