If there was an option for no stars I would give it.

I ordered two dresses and both were size 10’s rather than 14’s, the material was cheap and the quality of the item was extremely poor.I asked for a refund, I was offered a credit note or refund for 30% of the money I paid. I am still waiting for a refund and it’s been well over 3 months.

Do not waste your money!

Would rate zero stars.
Order never arrived and company stopped replying to emails.

I would give zero stars but I can’t so on the website says refund if not happy or doesn’t fit well. the size 12 to 14 is actually a size 10 so I can’t get the zips up and the material is so thin not lined or anything, they look different to the pictures on the website. They took 3 weeks to arrive and they said they won’t give me a refund because it’s past the time and also there is nothing faulty now not getting any response from email so not impressed at all🙁😡

The dress took ages to arrive and when it did it was such terrible quality - the material was thin and there was no shape
To The dress at all, and the sizing is way off- I ordered a small and it was equivalent to a UK size 16. I ask to refund and they kept offering partial refunds which at the end I said I would accept. But then never got the refund.

THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK AT THE TIME I ORDERED BUT THEY ARE STILL KEEPING MY MONEY
I ordered 3 tops from Dhalia and Grace on the 20/10/2025. They sent me an email on the 23/10/2025 that the stock levels on their website at the time of my purchase was not accurate and 2 of the tops were out of stock and they offered me a voucher to the full value of my cost plus 30 percent.
They said the other 1 item was being processed.
I responded and asked for my money back as I did not want anything else from their website.
I believe that they did not have any stock whatsoever for all the 3 items I ordered and did not have any intention of sending me the one that was ‘being processed’ even
SUCH A SCAM COMPANY! AVOID BUYING FROM THEM!
They are still keeping my money ( £118.88) despite not sending me anything and they have ignored all my emails requesting my refund.

I had a very disappointing experience with this boutique.

I ordered a dress for a wedding, but the shipping status was never updated, so I had no idea when it would arrive. Customer service replied once saying it had been dispatched and to wait 8–12 working days.

The dress eventually arrived but was too big, so I tried to return it. Despite the website stating a 30-day return and money-back guarantee, I have been unable to do so. I’ve been emailing customer service for over two weeks with no response, and I can’t create a return shipping label without their confirmation.

I’m now stuck with a $100 dress I don’t want, with no support from the company. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend shopping here.

Zero stars for this unethical company .I ordered a dress on the 2nd November for $116AUD and still have not received a thing. I’ve sent them multiple emails and messages, they must be a scam but DO NOT ORDER from them. How can they not feel guilty for taking peoples money Ss

I ordered dresses in June, they arrived after the date of the wedding in July. I returned the package as soon as it arrived. Followed the detailed instruction that I was given, paid £20 for the delivery. I only got confirmation on 31st October that the return had been received by the warehouse in China. The email also said I'd get a refund in 5-7 days. Despite emailing them weekly, I havent received a reply or a refund.

I ordered a dress and it did not look like the one on the website and was also see through. These dresses are not cheap and I had bought it for a wedding so was expecting it to be good quality but unfortunately I was very disappointed. I requested to return the dress and was provided the return address and strict conditions to follow. I followed all of them, sent proof of postage, paid for the return postage myself and then never heard from them again. I followed up and seemed to get e-mail responses from a bot - I never received the refund and also now don't have the dress as I sent it back (in September!) and nobody has replied to me properly since. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP.

If I could give 0, I would. Ordered a dress in OCTOBER. Waited until the middle of November before contacting asking where my order was. Was told it would be followed up. Waited another 10 days before asking for a refund as no further information had been given. It’s now midway through December and I haven’t received my order, a refund or any further correspondence.

DO NOT TRUST! I placed an order with Dahlia & Grace on the 9th August and that panel was never delivered. I had been going back and forward with them for 4 months for a refund! I was told on the 10th Nov to expect 7-14 days for a refund. I attempted to reach out again to you for an update regarding this as it had been over that expected time frame, but they blocked my email. I attempted from another email which sent, but when trying again for a response, they had also blocked that email.

The sizes are wildy inaccurate.
Took 3 weeks to arrive.
Haven't had a reply to my request for an exchange.

Ordered 4 dresses that arrived in a few weeks, the dresses didn’t look anything like they did in the photos. Sent the company an email to request to send the items back and asked for a refund. The company replied saying they apologised and offered a % of the amount back as a refund along with keeping the items. I thanked them for the offer but insisted I just wanted to return and receive the full refund, again the company responded with an apology and offered a higher % refund along with me keeping the items.
After discovering how much it was going to be to send the items back I decided to accept the refund off and keep the items. Since accepting the offer I have been waiting since the beginning of November to receive the refund, the company has stopped responding to my emails. This company is a complete fraud, cheap material dresses and now radio silent. Will definitely be checking trust pilot in future before ordering from any company.

I have been waiting for my refund since September, cheap quality material and not as it was on the website.
They have ignored numerous emails, and claim that the parcel is stuck in customs. Based on previous reviews, I am not alone.
Emails I have sent yesterday have bounced back.

Order arrived but nothing like the photos. I paid a large postage fee to send item back. They confirmed receipt of return after it had been held at customs for months, confirmed I would receive a refund but months later still nothing.
After numerous follow up emails I am not getting a bounce back.
Do not order from this website.

WHAT A SCAM! I have the same problem as most of the other reviews.

I doubt I'll ever get my money back. If anyone has had any success or have any suggestions on what to do please let us know

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a dress a few weeks ago and when it arrived it looked nothing like I had ordered. I requested a refund and then radio silence. Ive followed up 5 times now and Ive received a bounce back this morning. Do not shop with them.

This “company” is a SCAM! Do not order from this website. I placed an order over a month ago and still have not received it. They say they’re chasing up with their courier but I haven’t received an update. They can’t tell me where my order is, who knows if it’s even real!!

Wasn’t expecting early delivery but the skirt showed up two days ahead of schedule, neatly packed like something from a luxury shop. The fabric’s thick enough to keep shape but still comfy. It’s a wear all day kind of piece.

Please do not buy off this website!
I bought online in the summer and it took weeks to ship. When the clothes came they are such poor quality so I immediately started the process to return them. They offered me a certain percentage from the overall cost to keep the clothes, which I declined. I adhered to their very strict return policy( it was certainly a lot stricter than what I would usually see in Ireland/UK). I paid a good bit of money to return the clothing back in August. I have since followed up with the company when I asked about the return and if they have received it, in which I got vague emails backs. Luckily I tracked the posting from Ireland and since went to look into it. The returns were delivered to an ‘unknown Business Unit’in China and the post man said it’s more than likely coming back to my address. Please do not use this company, totally unprofessional and time wasting.
