Worst service experience ever. New apartment building air-to-water Daikin system in Kerry down since 12 days, and no response, and no technician visit on site yet. Unbelievable. I hesitate to give them even a 1-point rating here.
I had a heat pump installed in December, (Altherma 3m 9kw) The unit was supposed to be very efficient, it is supposed to give 4 units of heat for every unit of electricity. In practice, the unit can only produce 2 units of heat for every unit of electricity in the 5 month since install, Doubling my expected cost of heating. I had multiple visits from a Daikin engineer, and the installer, Apparently no one can fix it. I have engaged a solicitor and am in the process of returning the heat pump.
The worst service ever. I cannot get a service for my Daikin Unit in Donegal and when I ring Daikin Dublin I get very rude receptionists who tell you they will get a Manager to ring me but that never happens. My advice consider another product provider.
