No customer service says it all
The site seemed OK until I had a problem with one of their surveys, not being rewarded for it. I sent a message to the customer care and got an immediate automated reply, saying they would be reaching out to me in one to two days.
Now, more than two weeks later, I still haven’t heard from them. That silence tells me they are not to be trusted.
