I never even recieved my reward. Cashing out was easy enough but getting the reward it’s self is a challenge

It was easy to redeem reward and it was sent quickly.

The rewards are nice but they take a while to receive compared to other apps.

It's a fun app my family uses it that's how I began to use it I've earn a few times on this survey site sometimes it takes a bit to get surveys they also have games to earn as well

you are not eligible for any of their surveys so you can not earn any points from them. second customer support is non existent there is not a single email or phone number in case anything goes wrong
i recently changed my phone number and i cant change that from the profile section and there is not any where to contact customer services so i cant redeem my points.
why verification codes are not sent to emails too when redeeming points

I am sorry to say that this research website is not fair at all. You spend hours for getting a survey. Once you find one or given one, either you succeed in the end or you start filling up the answers and at some point i.e. after completing more than 60 or 70 percent, and after doing what you have done, suddenly they send you a message you are out. If you have other sources, go there not this one unless they fix what i am saying.

I enjoy earning money from games and surveys but it would be nice if the payment processing were faster.

The response was very quick and accurate, the reward was much appreciated.

I’m still waiting for my money to come into my account this is taking way to long this unacceptable 🤦‍♂️

It was simple, I requested a cashout and within a day or so I received my coupon.

When you qualify for a survey your earnings are sent to your email right away

I never really liked answering surveys unless they were really short. At least now when I answer them I am actually earning something. Daily Rewards gives me something to save towards so I don't feel like I'm waisting my time.

I am a member of several similar sites like Swagbucks and MyPoints. There are 11 or 12 sites that I use and honestly yours is one of the worst. I remain a member and I still visit from time to time, but you have very little on your site to actually earn any amount of money in a reasonable period. There are no survey elimination points, no daily polls, no bonus points and the amount these surveys are worth are often so low they are not worth my time.

One improvement you did make was to lower the cashout threshold from $30 to $10 and I can cashout in U.S. dollars which I appreciate. However, you would need to make further improvements before I can rank you any higher among the sites I use.

Still loving the Daily Rewards program and always have a great service when needed
