I am very impressed. All my information came very quickly and was very informative. The agent who helped me was quite knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. He was also kind and understanding and very, very patient.

They were direct and got right to getting a quote. I didn't have to wait around hours for them to call me back and they gave me a quote for cheaper the some of the other companies that I called.

Very simple and easy and fast as well

The worst prices and coverage I've ever had. They overcharge you and can't help you. So glad I switched !

The company is fine I guess. I haven’t had a bad experience up until now. I had made a payment online yesterday that didn’t come out right away. While it was pending, another monthly charge automatically came out of my account which left $10 less than the payment amount, so it did not go through.
I thought it would be fine and I would put the money in my account today and pay the balance due. Lo and behold, today my policy is now inactive (which I didn’t even know about) and when I called to have it reinstated, I had to pay an $80 fee which I also didn’t know about. Especially for a payment that’s one day late. This is ridiculous. Money is tight for me, it’s not always easy to manage everything and unexpected fees and charges only make it harder. I am staying with dairyland because I have no other option currently, but my trust and respect for this company is gone. I think what happened to me, sadly, is their attempt to take advantage of banking errors (i.e. their customers)

This company gave my father basic insurance coverage even though he specifically asked for full coverage. He did not find out that he only had basic coverage until he was recently involved in a car accident.What is even more concerning is how the claim was handled. The company decided that my father was at fault without conducting a proper investigation. The agent told me that, based on the damage to both vehicles, they could not determine who hit whom. However, they still decided to place my father at fault. The agent then claimed that the police report stated my father was at fault. However, the driver exchange information given to my father does not state that he was at fault. I asked the company to provide me with a copy of the police report they were relying on, but they have not sent it. How can you determine that someone is at fault when you admit that you cannot tell who hit whom, and then refuse to provide the police report you claim supports your decision? The way this policy was issued and this claim was handled is unacceptable and needs to be properly investigated. And also stated there was no witness knowing there was a security employee at scene cause the accident happened on company property

Great customer service, helpful and very easy to sign up for Insurance.

These dudes and dudetts are totally rad. I dig everything about them. They make things so simple. You try and insure a couple of motorcycles from the early 80's and 90's in the city in the North East... They make you jump though hoops. These moo-moo's just get it done. Simple As that. Fantastic service. Great attitude. Killer prices. I highly recommend. I live in Boston, Ma. And they insure for half of what the locals do. The flat landers take better care of me than the local townies. These folks are aces in my book.
