My item never arrived , they never put the tracking on it as advertised and when I requested money back they stopped replying . I had to go through my bank to get my money back for the item I never received.

Quality of pants is not good. Got suckered into buying them and am stuck with them now. Sizing is not correct. Fabric is cheap. They discourage you from returning the product.

Worst company ever to do returns. Will not be ordering again. Return policies are a scam. Do not buy from them

Do not order from this company. Returns process is a scam. I ordered to the UK and was told to ship the item back to the US at great cost, but have seen here other people buying from US and being told to ship to UK. Disgusting.

I finally received these pants and I wanted to send them back or exchange them, After reading all the reviews I am disheartened, I do believe them, that there is no point in trying to return them because they give you the runaround. There goes 80.00 down the drain for pants that don’t fit and can’t be altered. I live in Canada so I don’t have a hope in hell of receiving an exchange or refund. Buyer beware. 🤬

SCAM. I wanted to return an item but was not able to because of their horrendous and unrealistic return policy. I started a dispute with my bank but when Daisy Grace learned about it, they threatened me with legal letters via email. I emailed them wanting to return and was told I will pay for shipping etc but the shipping address is to LONDON! Clearly I was not able to due to the ridiculous process. It is clearly designed for customers to not be able to return the items forcing the customers to keep it.
I researched everything about this company and found most of the complaints the customers have here have the same experience as mine. I researched the return address: Unit D82 Pt 2, The Old Bath House Thorncliffe Business Park

It is an empty unsold unrented warehouse. I emailed the contact person, no response.

There is no such thing. Martin Philips is a property developer who does not work at Hargreave. There is no Hargreave and Sons LLP. Daisy Grace has taken a name close to it (HARGREAVES AND SONS - a small store in Buxton) and used it as the legal entity demanding to cancel the dispute. Otherwise there will be legal consequences.

But clearly this company is deceptive in their ways and this is a warning for people not to engage in them, nor buy their products.

I’m a UK size 6 and ordered the XS but these were still too big. The quality of the fabric is awful, and I really wish I hadn’t bought these. You have to contact them to make a return, and even then they’ll try to get you to keep them. Once they agreed, they informed me that they don’t do pre-paid labels so I’ll have to either pay £30 to send them back, or keep them and get a 5% refund!!! Ridiculous. Avoid at all costs.

Issue with Order – Poor Quality, Incorrect Sizing, and Late Delivery
I recently received my order, and I’m quite disappointed with the overall experience. The fabric quality was poor and not what I expected—it felt rough to the touch, and the threads were not properly sewn or secured. Additionally, the sizing was incorrect. I ordered a size small, but it doesn’t fit as expected and I would need to exchange it for a medium.

To add to the frustration, it took two full weeks for the item to arrive, which was longer than anticipated.

I was very impressed with Daisy Grace’s customer service. I reached out through their website because my order showed as delivered, but I hadn’t received it. To my surprise, I quickly received a detailed and thoughtful response asking for my patience and providing clear instructions on what to do next. I followed their guidance and, thankfully, discovered that my neighbor had picked up my package by mistake.

What really stood out to me was the genuine care Daisy Grace showed throughout the process. In a time when good customer service feels rare, it was refreshing to experience a company that truly values its customers. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Waited 3 weeks for white see-through trousers. You can even see the full pockets through the fabric, it's disgusting. Got them at a 50% discount with a "summer sale" that magically always ends in 2h no matter when you go on the website. Apparently the original price is £75?? What? I wouldn't even pay £5 for that on Shein! And now I have to send them back and pay international shipping? No ta. This is a total scam. Advertise the right products and stop participating in worldwide distrust cause you'll end up drowning like every other scammy business. There's no point mate. Pack it in.

I picked up the split button cardigan in navy and it feels way more expensive than it actually was. The fabric is soft but not flimsy, and it holds its shape even after a wash. Shipping was free and came quicker than I expected.

Ordered the beige wide-leg pants during the sale and I’m honestly impressed. They fit loosely in all the right spots and make me look taller. Delivery took about a week, which felt fair considering the discount.

I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. The blouse I received didn't even kinda look like what I ordered. Plus... the company is in China or somewhere overseas and returns are impossible! They're a SCAM!!! Okay... you've been warned.

Do not waist your money and time! It’s a scam. The pants quality is horrible and you will wait forever. Why? the pants are coming from 🇨🇳 and they use the cheepest way to send it to you. But when you are trying to return this horrible product they say that now you have to ship the return yourself according to their policy. The policy says that the return should be made within 14 days and OnLy on the bottom the said that you have to make a return however they do not mention where they are located.

DON'T BUY! They are super skethy with their returns, making you pay for international shipping for the return (costs almost as much as the pants). Also the pants start to lint after one use.

First off I ordered a week in advance to my first day of work, didn’t get the pants till 3 weeks later. The White pants were see-through and their sizing is off. When I asked for a refund they said I have to pay return to the UK, and when I check the returns page it’s very subtly mentioned towards the bottom. Save yourself the money and headache and don’t buy from them.

Items look so cheap in comparison to the pictures advertised. It is also very difficult to return. Returns are shipped to china at the customers expense (25-30) roughly for one dress. They did offer me a 20% refund and to keep the item but I am yet to receive the refund.

SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES AND AWFUL PRODUCT QUALITY!

I wish I checked trustpilot before ordering, I also am eating the cost of buying this terrible pants. Sizing is off, fabric is cheap and thin, and the zipper is SO cheap, it catches and will probably break after one wear.

I am a US resident and they told me I’d have to ship to the UK. And now I see reviews from people in the UK being told they have to ship to the US!! What the heck. Do not buy from these people.

Very Disappointed! Poor Quality and Misleading Photos

I ordered 2 pairs of trousers and was extremely disappointed with what I received. The material is very poor quality, thin, see through, and nothing like what was shown in the photos or videos. The trousers I received also have an elastic waistband, which was not shown in the product images.

I’m based in the UK and the parcel came from a UK address, but returns have to be sent all the way to the USA... and the return shipping costs more than the trousers themselves. Totally unreasonable. I was offered either a $15 discount online or just 10% of my money back to keep trousers I can’t even wear.

After receiving the order, I found the exact same trousers being sold on Amazon for even less.. clearly this is a cheap product being resold at an inflated price.

Avoid this seller it’s misleading, low quality, and feels like a scam. Don’t waste your money. I won’t be buying from them again.

Clothes look different to what is advertised and sizing is not standard so it’s difficult to guess what size you would be. They do not allow free returns or exchanges.
I’ll also point out that many of the five star reviews on this platform are from first time uses all around the same time frame which to me is suspicious that they are not genuine reviews.
