DON'T BUY! They are super skethy with their returns, making you pay for international shipping for the return (costs almost as much as the pants). Also the pants start to lint after one use.

First off I ordered a week in advance to my first day of work, didn’t get the pants till 3 weeks later. The White pants were see-through and their sizing is off. When I asked for a refund they said I have to pay return to the UK, and when I check the returns page it’s very subtly mentioned towards the bottom. Save yourself the money and headache and don’t buy from them.

Items look so cheap in comparison to the pictures advertised. It is also very difficult to return. Returns are shipped to china at the customers expense (25-30) roughly for one dress. They did offer me a 20% refund and to keep the item but I am yet to receive the refund.

SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES AND AWFUL PRODUCT QUALITY!

I wish I checked trustpilot before ordering, I also am eating the cost of buying this terrible pants. Sizing is off, fabric is cheap and thin, and the zipper is SO cheap, it catches and will probably break after one wear.

I am a US resident and they told me I’d have to ship to the UK. And now I see reviews from people in the UK being told they have to ship to the US!! What the heck. Do not buy from these people.

Very Disappointed! Poor Quality and Misleading Photos

I ordered 2 pairs of trousers and was extremely disappointed with what I received. The material is very poor quality, thin, see through, and nothing like what was shown in the photos or videos. The trousers I received also have an elastic waistband, which was not shown in the product images.

I’m based in the UK and the parcel came from a UK address, but returns have to be sent all the way to the USA... and the return shipping costs more than the trousers themselves. Totally unreasonable. I was offered either a $15 discount online or just 10% of my money back to keep trousers I can’t even wear.

After receiving the order, I found the exact same trousers being sold on Amazon for even less.. clearly this is a cheap product being resold at an inflated price.

Avoid this seller it’s misleading, low quality, and feels like a scam. Don’t waste your money. I won’t be buying from them again.

Clothes look different to what is advertised and sizing is not standard so it’s difficult to guess what size you would be. They do not allow free returns or exchanges.
I’ll also point out that many of the five star reviews on this platform are from first time uses all around the same time frame which to me is suspicious that they are not genuine reviews.

Takes way to long to receive items. Will not be ordering from them again

Got these for my dads funeral and they never got their in time. Don't get these pants they suck, and if you want to return them they expect you to pay for tracked shipping. Even though on their site it says it's recommended not obligatory. 30 bucks!
I'm sure if you return them w/o tracking they just say they didn't get it.

Not only are the materials so thin and see through. When you want a return then can only offer 10% of your money. You have to email and can’t even generate a return.

This is a scam company. The item you will receive is a much cheaper version of the photos on their website. The fabric is pretty much plastic and the pants do not at all look like the photos. They are based in China and tell US/Canada customers to return to the UK and to pay shipping to try to get them to accept the 10-20% refund instead. For UK customers they use an address in the US (!!!) instead to do the same. They are a drop shipping company selling cheap $5 Temu pants from China. Do not buy from them.

The positive reviews are fake please believe that they are a scam company.

I ordered clothing 2 months ago, then in the shipment advice said it was being returned to China as there was no unit number included. After 4 weeks they finally came back to me apologising and trying to locate the package which they are still trying to locate. I think this is a SCAM - run!

The trousers arrived in good time but they didn’t look great on me. They discouraged me from returning them (I live in the UK), saying they would only exchange if I bought another pair first. They said they would then give me a return address. They said if I didn’t do this the return shipment would cost more than the trousers. They ended up refunding me £10 as I complained and I still have the trousers which I can’t wear.

Low quality material and craftsmanship. Not worth the energy spent placing the order or connecting with customer service (practically non existent).

Site shows USD and free shipping, but you have to pay return shipping to the UK which is so expensive, and this is not disclosed clearly. Misleading and frustrating. Won’t shop here again.

I HATE THIS SCAM. THIS IS A SCAM !!! I WILL POST ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA WHAT I SCAM THIS BRAND IS. I REQUESTED A REFUND, IF THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK THIS IS NOT GONNA END HERE.

I purchased 3 pairs of the wide leg pants. I was not happy with the product for many reason. The main reason being the pants contained an elastic waist in the back which is not shown in pictures. Nor is it included in the description. The return process is not easy. A return label is not included and international shipping is expensive. The cost to return the items was nearly the same price I paid for the items. This is outlined in their return policy. I failed to see it. Daisy Grace gave me a 20% refund and allowed me to keep the pants. I had several email exchanges with one of their agents. I was frustrated at times. She was very polite at all times and deserves 5 stars!

Pants are literally pilling after one wear. Haven’t even washed them yet. Also see through

Horrible quality, thin material and they just don’t fit well. When you ask to return, they do not accept returns in the US. The shipping cost to return the product costs more than the actual product. If you choose to exchange the product then they offer a US address. Even then you have to fully buy the new product and then the return process can begin. Never again

zero stars if possible, poor quality. don't expect to return anything.
