The jump suit i bought looks gorgeous on the website, but I received something made out of a cheap curtain. Horrible!!! It was meant to be denin, it is not! Be aware!!!!

This is a scam. Horrendous quality, totally different from website. It was an instagram advert. I tried to return and 5 months later the parcel has come back to me saying it's bounced. Now the communication email has closed down. DO NOT BUY and defo do not waste more money returning to the address in China!! Only good for silly dressing up!

Absolutely dreadful experience. Dress turned up cheap and nasty nothing like description, then had to pay to ship back to china and never got a refund. I’m sure this company is a scam!! Do not pay to ship returns to china, I did, £20 and have still never received a refund so lost cost of dress and postage money!

Ordered a hoodie on 18th December 2025 said 5 to 10 days delivery, still not recieved 17th Jan 26 sent numerous emails which have all failures to be delivered.
My order email now says the link has expired so can not even access the fake shop.
Spent £24.80 complete scam DO NOT BUY FROM! I was caught out on Tiktok would never usually be suckered in! You live n learn frustrating though avoid...avoid...avoid!

After multiple attempts to contact them I have still not received my order. £100 down the drain

Awful quality rubbish, when it eventually arrived from a Chinese fulfilment company. Nothing like the advert. Wish I’d checked here before ordering, or at least looked at the returns policy, which quotes no return address. This is the same scam as Clara & Rose Boutique. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM

They sent the wrong item and when I asked them to return it they refused to do so unless I paid for postage even though it was their fault for sending wrong item. I would never order again, the quality of the item they did send was really poor.

Horrible experience, clothing of terrible quality and even when an item is faulty they refuse to give refund.

Ordered jumper which eventually arrived. Quality of garment dreadful certainly not worth the money. Gives the impression of being a London based Company. Emailed as requested to receive info on returning garment and receiving money back but no acknowledgement. This appears to be a scam as the old saying goes BUYER BEWARE!!! Needs to be stopped.

Two months and I’m still waiting on my shoes. Endless emails and promises from Lily Wilson that they will come. I’ve asked for a refund and they won’t give it. Who do I report them to?

The tat that I received bore no resemblance to the dress ordered. Cheap material, washed out colour and completely shapeless - not the dark navy "luxurious Satin" and "fitted bodice" that was pictured and described.
When I emailed repeatedly asking for the return address and a full refund, they offered an exchange, then a 10% refund and to keep the tat, then a 20% refund and keep the tat, they eventually gave me a return address in China, which google shows to be a company associated with widespread online retail scams. They insisted this was the place to return the item for "quality inspection" (oh the irony - there is no quality in this product!). I refused to send the item to a non-UK address as the retailer is registered in the UK. I offered to return the item to their registered address that happens to be abut 20 minutes from where I live.
They assured me that this Chinese company was their headquarters at which point I stopped bothering and have initiated a charge back via my credit card.
Researching the company the pictures on the website of the "lifelong friends" shows two women who are much older than the directors Melissa Daisy and Phoebe Lily who are in their 20s. Their website says London Est 1992 - which is about 30 years before the company was incorporated, so everything about this company is a scam.

Ordered a dress which was the wrong size and requested to return and a refund. They advised to keep the dress and order the correct size which I did. No Dress delivered.... Then yesterday 2 jackets I ordered were delivered to a house in Manchester and not to ours in Wales. I use auto fill and double check everything. I've emailed last night and again this morning and they say it was delivered to the address. YES BUT NOT MINE! Last email was requesting refund of monies for all three items.
No access to their website either. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I would have put minus stars if possible. I ordered 2 dresses, they looked beautiful in the photos!
I thought it was a UK company it is NOT. Took ages to arrive from China. They are absolutely rubbish. Nothing like the description or photographs.
Trying to return the rubbish. Told I need to pay postage to Asia or they will give me a discount !!
I wouldn’t wear them to do the cleaning in. DO NOT buy from here. I am waiting to hear how to return the items to China as there is a 14 day return policy.

TOTAL SCAM. RUBBISH FROM CHINA. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Coat took a long time to arrive, and when it did, it was thin material and too large. I promptly returned it to the return address stated on the label.,Unit 5,Trident Way, Southall UB2 5LF with a hand written note explaining this.I obtained a certificate of postage and tracking number which duly indicated that item had arrived at the return destination.
20 emails later and 'Lily' is still asking me for proof of postage and certificate which I have sent on about 6 occasions and she claims that the number is not showing on their "system", is not showing clearly on my photograph to read.Having researched this address it states that the director is one Yan Li who lives in China.
I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews of this company before placing the order.

Package received and item is exceptionally poor quality and nothing like the photo. Absolutely awful. Delivery was over three and a half weeks. Went on their website for returns policy and it stated to email, order number, name and address and reason for return. This I did to and email is not valid. Will be reporting to Trading Standards. This is a scam.

The item I ordered took longer than their stated delivery time of 6-9 business days so I tried to cancel to be told it was on it's way and to return it when I received it. Only then did I realise they meant back to China....when it did arrive it was very poorly made, the fabric was cheap and not at all looking like the photo. Something you'd buy on a market stall at 2 for £5.00. In their communications they keep ignoring the fact they have failed their own delivery dates and ask how it has failed in the quality department... They have now offered me 10% to keep it!

This company needs shutting down. Quality matches a primary school project.

My wife has also been duped by these people. Item received looked nothing like advertised, it looked like it was made by a 5 year old, terrible quality & received the same stock answer post it back to China or get 10% off & keep the item. We have just emailed them yet again stating the consumers rights act 2015 saying that you do not have to pay for returns for substandard goods & you certainly do not have to send items back to China but back to the retailer you purchase items from. Not going to hold our breath on this one. Do not waste your money.
Update - having contacted this company again and letting them know we shall be contacting trading standards, they sent us back an email offering 20% off the shoddy item they sent but will not give a full refund, even though their website states if you are not happy then you have a 30 day money back guarantee. Steer well clear of this company
