I had to upgrade my router after a phone upgrade and broadband/internet wasn’t working. Sam had a great clear voice going through my updates and I’m not very technical so was needing calm considerate help which was provided brilliantly. Thanks

At last after weeks of frustration…

At last after weeks of frustration someone actually saw sense and got my contract cancelled. A person called Simon was so helpful and obviously saw how badly I had been treated and how badly the contract was sold to me by NBC through Michael Cook. My thanks go to Simon for his understanding and actions.

Good service, friendly agent.

I did not have a long wait for an agent to be available and she (Lynn Jones), provided me with the information I needed regarding travel abroad. She was helpful and friendly.

Nothing but frustration & disappointment.

Every interaction I have had with Daisy has lead to frustration and disappointment. From the moment my mobile contract was sold to them I have been mislead, lied to and treated very poorly. Sure, I don't have a high value account with Daisy, but you see the true colours of a business when they don't value you as a customer. I will be leaving as soon as humanly possible (although every time I try to cancel they tell me a different date or a different penalty payment) and telling everyone who asks to go with anyone but Daisy.
