I am another customer left disappointed 2 months waiting now for custom clothing. I thought I was helping launch a new range and buying at a discount but after many failed delivery dates now I’m blocked and the sellers account is deactivated ! BE WARNED don’t throw your money away !!

I recieved a direct message offering a printed logo T-shirt, I didn’t receive it and they had my money for it.

She sent a direct message saying she’s offering discounts on certain stock as a way of raising funds due to flooding in her shop. In hopes of helping, I ordered a number of items to gift friends and family for the new year and it all went downhill once I made payment. From no response to ridiculous excuses, this woman left such a terrible impression. A couple of months went by, I requested a refund which she said would be with me in a few days and since then she’s just ghosted me - still no refund months later! Definitely a scam. Would give ZERO stars if I could.

Took my money, no order ever sent out. Now they’ve deleted their page

If I could give 0 stars I would! I think this person is a scammer! I have been waiting since December for my order and been constantly fobbed off with excuses. I have sent loads of messages, many unanswered. She offered replacements and refunds that never arrived and at one point even said her Nan had died. I respectfully left it for another 3 weeks but having read other reviews, I now think she was probably lying about that too. The worst customer service I have ever received.
I have given up waiting for my order but hope this prevents anyone else being scammed!

Ordered on the 3rd March, sent my flyer & business card details over and haven’t received anything. Emailed them & DM’d them on insta and still nothing.

SCAM!!! If I could give no starts I would! Kept asking if I had done my order as it was the last day for the special offer! Well there is no special order as you won’t receive anything once you pay for your order!!

ordered in January, nothing received, told me it was on its way and would be with me by end of week, still nothing, then tells me it’s not done yet as her nan is dieing so I then asked for refund, still no refund after 2 weeks. 3 months now since placing my order after constantly sending me offers.
I will be reporting to trading standards. Managed to get money back from reporting through my bank who are claiming from her.

As others have said, one star is generous.
Order not received, poor communication and just pure lies.
Luckily my order was small as I’m not hopeful for a refund.
I wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering!

Do not be hooked by their deals products never turned up never provided a design as promised blocked my partner’s account who tried to chase up order and continuously fobbed off or not replied to. Spent £50 with this business and never received orders a month on.

Do not use . I’ve used twice now and never received my orders . Poor communication and terrible service.

I honestly would give zero stars if I could. They reached out with an offer for a bundle to my small business Instagram - through the DMs - so I purchased. I reached out to inquire about tracking and they said it was dispatched - even though the tracking number hasn’t updated. I reached out a month later and requested updates and was ghosted. When I requested a refund a few weeks after they responded immediately (and rudely) saying the holidays cause back up, but earlier they said it was already dispatched? I try to be understanding with small businesses as a small business downer myself, but not responding or giving truthful updates is not appropriate. 0/5. Rude and also not truthful.

1 star is too generous. I wish I'd seen these reviews before purchasing. Received order. Items missing & spelling mistakes. Contacted seller was advised these would be reprinted & sent with missing items. Never received and does not responded to messages.

Poor customer service, no items received, no refund, threatening behaviour towards myself when calling them out on their poor behaviour. AVOID

Steal money from people. Should be shut down and lot allowed to trade

Like several of the other reviews I would like to make it clear NOT to buy from this business.

SCAMMER!!!

Purchased from this small business and I was told I would receive the order in two weeks time. Three and a half weeks later - nothing. I asked politely for an update but was ignored for over a week even though they were posting on their Instagram stories.

Finally, I received a response of them promising to send me a replacement. This promise was not fulfilled - typical. After 5 weeks from placing my order I requested the order be cancelled.

The business continued making up lies and excuses such as "there are police in our office investigating and we can't get in".

So, now that I have been refunded, I have decided to write a review to attempt to protect other small businesses from this vile business.

Doesn’t even deserve a one star. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a business starter bundle. Communication was good to begin with, replying to all my messages but once payment was received the service was terrible. Never responded to my messages until I posted on her social media page, said she completed my order and posted it but never received it. Why post deals on social media and not complete them? Won’t even let you leave a review on her social media to warn others not to waste their time.

Our small start up business placed an order on 7th August 2025. We went for the “starter bundle” for £15. Communication was quick and a link was sent for payment. Payment was made and we heard nothing for a few weeks. We sent an Instagram message as it dawned on us, we hadn’t provided any contact details or preference as to what was going to be included on the design and we also requested an update on expected delivery. We received a response 6 days later, advising us that our order would be sent after the bank holiday weekend. The weekend had been and gone and no sign of our order, but we still also hadn’t provided any preference or contact details for our business cards (wasn’t sure how the whole process worked and she certainly didn’t keep us right). Sent another follow up message a week or so later, requesting an update - no reply. While we were waiting patiently on a response / update on our order, she was actively advertising further “deals” on social media rather than focusing on the orders and payments already received. Still no response to our last message when we receive an email confirming a refund will be processed?! that was great, saved us a job because that was definitely our next step. We received NO further communication and the refund was in our account this week. Absolute waste of everyone’s time and would not recommend at all. Don’t know why she continues to advertise on social media when she can’t keep up with the paying customers she already has confirmed. Don’t like to give people a bad name but this was bang out of order.

We took advantage of the ‘flash sale’ bundle offer and purchased some items for our small business on 7th August.
On 9th September, we contacted them asking for an update on our order and whether tracking information was an available, we never received a response.
On 17th September, our order was refunded and no explanation given as to why.
The absence of communication since placing our order was disappointing. To see the business constantly advertising but ignoring customer’s messages was frustrating from a paying customers perspective.
We love supporting other small businesses as much as we can but unfortunately, we will not be recommending this one to others.
Please don’t be hooked in by their “offers”!!
