We got to meet the president of the best massage chair company from Japan! They were so kind in letting me try different settings and explained everything in detail. Get the best deals at trade shows!

Would have gave it a five but I didn’t get the response I was looking when I called the distributor regarding the airbags on the arm . It inflates so much that leaves my wrist red from the pressure . It’s only at a certain point on the hybriflex selection . I turned down the settings to the minimum. The air pressure was obviously too low but it’s the only way to tolerate the point where it clamps down on both arm for around the seconds . I let a friend use it and was asked to turn it off because of the pain on the arms . I was hoping it could have been calibrated but was told that how it’s programmed . I don’t recall it clamping down that hard on the day I demo it when I made the purchase .

We got our Supreme Hybred chair delivery last Friday. In the 5 days we have had it, I can say it has helped immensely with my aches and pains. I don't creak when I get out of bed in the morning. I have been doing a session in the morning and again before going to bed, as has my husband. So far, we're sold on the benefits. We got our "test ride" at the Livestock show in Mercedes Texas in March. We tried 2 different models, and there is a real difference between the Hybred and the entry-level model. But there is nothing wrong with the entry level model. We liked the extras that came with it.

I was very pleased with the recent Daiwa delivery of my massage chair. The delivery team was professional, personable, and skilled. They arrived exactly as scheduled and efficiently brought the chair into the tight basement of my home. I was particularly impressed by their extensive knowledge of the chair's functions. They patiently explained everything to me in detail, ensuring I understood how to use all the features. Their willingness to answer my questions was greatly appreciated. The professionalism and knowledge of the delivery guys made the process smooth and enjoyable. As for the chair, I've only had it one day but so far it appears to do all that I expected it to do.
I would highly recommend Daiwa to anyone considering purchasing a massage chair.

We have had our chair for about 2 weeks now and it has been used just about every day by each of us. The professionalism of the company from the salesperson, Michael, to the delivery by Christopher and Genesis was top notch. We love the ease of use and all of the different options available to choose such as focus on different areas of the body, heat, stretching, massage,etc. So happy that we made this purchase!

She gave us such information about what the chair does, and a full demonstration prior to us purchasing. They maneuvered or tight stairs and demonstrated the chair one more time. What a great job the by all.
