For some reason the roller assembly on my 9150 massage chair stopped moving and I called Daiwa Massage Chair in L.A. and was put in contact with Jaime in service. He helped me diagnose and do some tests on the chair and we determined that the motor was bad. He sent me not only a new motor, but also videos on how to do the repair myself since I was not in the L.A. area. Thank you Jaime
Daiwa Supreme Hybrid…
We had our Daiwa Supreme Hybrid delivered last week. We love this chair and upgraded from our Human Touch massage chair. Everyone at this company has been so professional and kind. The delivery guys were unbelievable. We had it narrowed down to 3 places in our home and they said, lets try all 3 and you can see where you want it. They let us video them while they gave us instructions. This chair is the best! Highly Recommend

I went to the Expo show at the Philadelphia Home and Garden Shop. I saw the Legacy 4 Massage Lounger. I was not planning to buy anything, but now I am a satisfied and happy owner of the Legacy 4 Massage Lounger.
The delivery process was outstanding! Christopher and Genesis were the delivery team and rendered outstanding service in setting of this amazing chair in my home. They were professional, knowledgeable and patient in instructing me on how to use the Legacy 4 and its amazing programs. Christopher and Genesis also made sure I was happy with the position of the chair in my home. What an amazing delivery team!
Best Massage chair I have ever experienced
The Daiwa Supreme Hybrid Massage chair is absolutely wonderful.
I have been a fan of massage chairs for years.
I had a 25 year old Human Touch massage chair that was still functional and allowed me to work out a problem area here and there but wasn't close to providing the level of massage the current chairs do.
Over the years I would always stop and try out the different massage chairs whenever a manufacturer provided the opportunity.
Demos at Costco, Sam's Club and other various shows I frequent made it possible to stay current as to how good massage chairs have become.
While I appreciated the much-improved massage of the newer chairs over the dinosaur I had at home, I could never justify the cost relative to my income.
Recently, the top-of-the-line Human Touch chair demoed at Costco got me close, but was just not quite enough of a deep satisfactory massage to justify signing up.
Not long ago, I went to the Washington DC Auto Show with my daughter and met Keith Kei from the Health N Wellness Factory of Plano Texas.
Keith invited me to try out the Daiwa Supreme Hybrid he had at the display and I was blown away.
He is a great guy to work with; Not at all pushy and very knowledgeable.
This was the best massage I ever had from a chair.
Long story short, Keith ultimately gave me an impressive deal which included 0% interest for 48 months and said I had a week to make a decision. If you are trying out chairs, you must talk to Keith Kei.
I was not planning to buy anything, but I am now the happy owner of this amazing chair.
I also have to give Kudos to the Daiwa distributor, Jaclean.
The appointment process was quick and easy with great communication and flexibility.
The set-up team called me when they were 30 minutes away.
And they arrived on time! A rare occurrence nowadays. They also happened to be driving a nice new delivery van 🙂.
Andre and Tarrant were outstanding. They are courteous and professional. And I was surprised how careful they were bringing it in and setting it up.
Understanding how heavy the chair is, they were intent on making sure I was happy with the chair being positioned in the exact spot I wanted it.
They also took their time showing me how to use it and answered any questions I had.
I found out they are not just delivery guys. They service them as well.
Way to go Daiwa...give these guys a raise!
The bottom line is, this is an amazing massage chair from a company that gives amazing service.

Daiwa chair poor quality fabric.
We bought our Daiwa Massage chair about 4 years ago. While we love the massage part, different programs and all, the leather material is junk. It is flashing all over our carpet, and there is no way to repair it or even get it down to a no shred state. We are ready to tras it because it looks so bad, even though it’s in perfect working order. Why would you use such inferior material in a product that is meant to last many years?!!!

First of all, I am in love with this chair. As a person who suffers from neuropathy and chronic pain, the chair helps loosen all the tight parts. My chair was to be delivered after 5 but they were there an hour early. The young men were courteous, polite and friendly. Even had a few laughs together. Thank you so much Terrell D and Edwardo G. Very nice young men.

I just had my Daiwa Chair delivered and set up. I love it! I had injured my back a couple of days ago so I was timid about getting in the chair. Christoper suggested trying it on gentle and I did and it was great. Christopher and his brother, Genesis, did a wonderful job with the delivery and set up, definitely a white glove delivery. He took his time explaining how it works and answering my questions. Looking forward to many years of relaxing in my new Legacy 4 massage lounger. Thanks also to the no pressure sales person to Luis.

I’m writing in in reference to our new massage chair. It has exceeded all of our expectations so far, rather it exceeded my wife’s expectations.!! We had a young lady at Sam’s walk us through the use of it at the store. My wife has always enjoyed these type of chairs at the truckstops in the airports, she does use a chiropractor from time to time we have our own doctors and I believe the massage chair is working out a lot of the problems that she has in her back, her legs, shoulders, and hands and arms. Alma, was very thorough and made us feel most comfortable. We came to shop in Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania , so I want to make sure that Alma gets a lot of the credit for selling this chair to us. The reason why I waited these two weeks is to make sure that my wife was in love with it as much as I expected. I’d also like to give a shout out to the two fellows that came to our house and did such a fine job with us and installing the chair going through a lot of the information for me and my wife, and made us really feel comfortable about them being Installers for your company! This company was extremely easy to work with. The delivery men were exceptionally polite & did a fantastic job assembling & placing our chair in the room. Very professional! The chair itself is wonderful -- well constructed, comfortable, beautiful. The bluetooth capability, speakers, USB port, & phone charger are all really great additions. I only have one less than 5-star comment & that is that the massage doesn't do the upper back & neck well. I'm not sure if I am not doing something correctly or if it is just the chair. Fixing this issue would make it perfect!

Highly Recommend Daiwa Hybrid Supreme
Tested the Daiwa Hybrid Supreme at Sam's Club in Port Charlotte, FL. Angela was extemely helpful answering all my questions about this top of the line chair with all the bells & whistles. Purchased at a great price & delivered in less than a week. Jose & Fabian communicated exactly what time they would be arriving, carefully unpacked the boxes and bringing in each part not to damage any pieces. Jose explained how to remove the top piece to move it through the doorway and made sure I understood, but reassured me that the could help move to a different location in the future. He then went over the instructions for use with lots of tips, made sure I had the customer service number should I have any questions. Highly recommend this chair!

Bad quality upholstery
Bad quality! After less than 4 years, the upholstery started to break. I called the service center and was told the warranty does not cover wear and tear! A $4000+ product does not last for 4 years!!!
