The best service I got at Daka
I couldn't find the right size for the shoes I was looking for. The staff saw how disappointed I was, so they came to help me and told me that they can order the right size for me. We ordered the shoes in the shop with a very friendly staff member. He showed me how to do it. We ordered on Saturday and on Monday I received my shoes. Thanks to the wonderful staff you have.

I wish other e-commerce retailers copied Daka
Having purchased sports shoes from other sites, e.g. directly from the manufacturer, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail that Daka put into my order. It contained a nice magazine, but most importantly a pre-printed tag and envelop for me to return my purchase. I will certainly buy from them again in the future, given this, their speed and to some extent prices

No unpleasant surpriises
When I asked about the status of my order I got a clear answer within a short period of time. Everything ran smooth. I do think the racket could have been delivered in a smaller box though. There is a lot of waste being created in e-commerce and that needs to be improved.
