Terrible webshop and customer systems
Webshop and its collaboration with physical stores is horrible. In-store service is also sub-par.
Ordered shoes for click and collect in a store where they were in supply at time of order. Visited the store 3 workdays later to pick up, was told I had to have received a pick-up notification. Triple checked entire mailbox on the spot, did not receive pick-up notification. Employee told me there's nothing they can do without that message, though to me it seems unlikely they cannot check order status when I provide the order number.
Two weeks later, still no notification. Upon contacting customer service they tell me that email was sent 2 days after the initial order, so order was already at the store when I was visiting.
Their webshop and systems seem an absolute mess, cannot recommend.

I love DAKA Store is fantastic every product so good quality
DAKA is one of the best sport stores for me in Nederland they should open also in Spain . The firmas they sale the good quality and price of products. I love it I always when I go to the city I need to go to DAKA or I do t feel person ☺️ and I need to buy something cause I like it a lot lot . Also when I had some trouble with internet buying they always always help me to solve the problem and they do . Thanks a lot ❤️
