Miles has been wonderful to deal with, helped us out with all our crazy requests and timelines and has been more than helpful.

Couldn't recommend DCA enough and I know I'll personally be recommending him and using DCA until he retires... and probably still nag him to continue providing great IEMs.

I've got to be honest, buying a high end set of IEMs with a high end price tag was worrying. Especially for a Yorkshireman!
Miles was great to deal from the start. I had a consultation at his studio & he made the ear mapping process easy & relaxed. Trying & choosing the right pair was also made a lot easier, thanks to Miles's in-depth knowledge. I have a particular isuue with my left ear due to an operation I had a few years ago, this made things not as straightforward as they should be. To get this right first time, Miles worked with the manufacturer to provide a 3D printed set of plugs to test the fit before manufacture of the actual units. A very professional way of doing things. Finally the day of delivery came & I'm knocked out by the quality. My purchase was facillitated by Miles every step of the way. He communicated well & kept me informed at every step of the process. I would recommend DCA to anyone & everyone who is considering buying IEMs.

Just simply the best caring customer service you can hope for! Miles Did my remoulds some months back for my 2016 IEM and gave me the tour of all the new inovations and models. I was blown away by the difference and had to get a new pair. Finally the time came and he helped me get a one of a kind custom set of IEM with FIR audio which are by far the best IEM I have ever experienced! Thank you so much miles for all the care, time and attention to details in getting these incredible sounding and and beautiful set of IEMs to me in time for the tour. Absolutely appreciate everything you and DCA have done for me!

If you need earplugs of any kind, this is the place. Miles was really helpful, and explained the entire process. Also, it's difficult to find people doing 3D scans rather than plastic moulds, and I love the fact DCA do this. A lovely guy, and a good ethical business to boot.

Worked with Miles on a new set of custom IEMs. The whole process was easy and effortless, and Miles was well informed, knowledgeable and keen to make sure I ended up with exactly what I was looking for. Can't recommend Dakin enough for taking someone through what can be a fraught, expensive process with expert advice. Really felt like he cared about getting me the best IEMs for my needs, rather than just scoring a sale.

Cant recommend DCA enough. i met miles at the guitar show birmingham, straight away i could tell he was super knowledgeable and cared about customer experience. Having spoken to many other IEM suppliers/manufacturers that year, miles' approach was different and all about finding the best in ears for me. The whole process was easy and really enjoyable! 3D scanning miles does is a no brainer compared to having silicone moulds done (something that put me off custom iems for a long time) and getting to thoroughly test a range of different monitors and pick Miles brains on different IEM questions was a hugely educational experience. He is not just a supplier of in ear monitors but a gigging musician with tons of actual user experience, I was blown away by his knowledge. When my 64 audio a6t's arrived, the sound was everything id hoped it would be, I found that with my ear shape in particular I would sometimes unseal the monitors whilst singing. After a quick conversation with Miles, i sent them back to him for a fit tweak. Now they are absolutely perfect! I wish i'd done this sooner as my performances are so much better, my voice feels smoother as im no longer straining to hear myself and im enjoying shows much more! plus i know my hearing is protected for a long future of gigging!
I'll be recommending Miles & DCA to all of my musician friends. An epic guy running an epic business!

Had an amazing experience with Miles. He went above and beyond to fit me in for a fast turn around. Obviously his knowledge is second to none, his revolutionary 3D scans were fantastic (not to mention perfect sealed inears)- but he really understood and listened to my needs. Not only this- but there was no pressure to buy and I never felt he was upselling or pushing anything on to me.

It’s rare to find someone who’s so comfortable dealing with all sorts of musicians and engineers but he’s made me feel very at home and confident in my choices.

Can’t recommend Dakin Custom Audio enough, Miles was just brilliant in helping me choose the best IEMs for me, which is a mine field to say the least. Being a guitarist with tinnitus it was important I finally got some proper molds done, having the 3d scan was effortless and defo faster and cleaner than having gunk syringed in your ear lol, I could never get on with the generic sets and always did one ear in one out as couldn’t get used to the direct sound.

Miles took the time to let me demo units and explained which units may help me finally go full protected wearing both IEMs, we settled on 64 audio A6t and to say they are a game changer is an understatement:0 better clarity, less volume needed , a sense of depth and space and running them in stereo is another level of awesomeness

What a lovely customer experience. I was looking for some custom ear plugs to protect my hearing as I play in a concert band. I came across Miles, at Dakin Custom Audio. He was ace. We had a good talk about my needs, he explained the whole process to me and kept me informed every step of the process. He suggested some filters that could suit me but to contact him if they needed adjustment to suit my needs. And of course they are customer made to my required colours!

If you are looking for a set of IEMs or custom earplugs this is your guy! Miles at DCA provided me with the highest level of service throughout the entire process of arranging demos, trying a wide range of IEMS, completing the scans and ensuring the IEMs where upto standard once they arrived! I've been using the 64 Audio A6ts for a few weeks now and they are great! I highly reccomened DCA if you are looking to buy your next set of IEMs!

Great service from Miles a DCA. Modern scanning means no more goop in your ears to take impressions, and the whole thing takes a few painless minutes to accomplish. Turnaround was quick and I couldn't be happier with my experience, and I highly recommend using DCA to anyone. Look after your ears folks, don't learn the hard way what happens when you don't!

Miles knows what he is doing. I was pleased to find him at the Guitar Show, and took the opportunity to have my ears scanned. The new plugs were delivered two weeks later, which is faster than anyone has delivered them in the past.
3D scanning is a real step forwards. My new ear plugs feel a much better fit than the plugs and IEMs I’ve had made in the past using rubberised gunk moulds.

Came across these guys at the Guitar Show at Cranmore Park this weekend. Really helpful without trying to push for a sale. I was asking about the ear plugs to cut out peripheral sound following a stroke, so not even music related & they couldn’t have been more helpful. Even gave me a free sample to try out. I went to Miles with not much knowledge in in ears and he started it off with a call which was refreshing. A personal approach which made the in person session to get my ears scanned quicker to process as we kinda knew where my ear was leaning towards.

Friendly and very knowledgeable I'd highly recommend you check out Miles if you need custom in ears! Even towards the end of the process Miles made it clear he wanted to make sure I was fully updated!

DCA offers, a friendly and professional experience, to get you the right customs in ear monitors. Compare to alternatives, to my knowledge are the only that advertise laser scan of the ears. the ear scans are just perfect. I really like how Miles follows up on pre and post sales. I was pleased he went above and beyond to make a final adjustment via 64Audio after the first delivery. I am so pleased , that I cannot recommend enough DCA to anyone that wants to get CIEM in UK.

From start the finish, the experience with Dakin Custom Audio was top notch. They were very happy to have multiple phone calls with me to discuss my needs for new IEMs and are extremely knowledgeable. When it was time to go try out a wide range of professional IEMs, the process was fantastic. Very accommodating from start to finish and not at any time did they try and sell me a product I didn't want, or force my opinion on anyway. The whole experience was about me and my needs, and I cannot express how easy, comfortable and professional this was. I ended up purchasing a set of A3T IEMs. When the product arrived, the fit was perfect (from their incredible 3D modelling system!) And they sound awesome. I highly recommend this company.
