I had custom made earplugs years ago but lost them and wanted a new pair so got Miles to do a fitting. The 3D scanning was fine - odd to see your own ear canals but it was no problem at all. Took a few weeks to get the earplugs but I used the 17db ones last week and honestly I thought they weren't fitting properly at first as I was still hearing so much high frequency. The only time I had that before was when earplugs weren't fitting right but THEY WERE! They really do a great job, taking the levels down but preserving the full frequency. Wish I'd had them years ago.

Miles has been fantastic throughout the entire process of getting some new custom IEMs. I was able to try different brands and models of IEMs in the consultation session with unbiased guidance from Miles and the 3D Impression scan was incredibly quick and painless! Communication was always professional and my IEMs were shipped within a day of them arriving at DCA HQ.
Overall an incredible service provided by Miles, I would highly recommend him!

I have a pair of fir audio custom iems ordered through DCA. They sound awesome and the fit is perfect! I’ve never had custom moulds before so I needed a lot of guidance and Miles used his technical knowledge and personal experience of gigging in bands to ensure I chose the right pair for me.

After having countless operations and ear issues i always hated the traditional method of ear moulds.

I 100% recommend DCA and there 3D scanning wizardry to anyone who suffers from sensitive ears or just wants a more all round comfortable experience.

I was scanned in around 10 mins and after receiving my ACS PRO 17s compared to my previous (traditionally moulded) pair I noticed a far more comfortable and better sealed finish with the 3D Scanned set.

Great, very friendly and patient service from Miles. The IEM's I chose are brilliant and fit perfectly - better than previous ones that I have had where the plasticine type of impressions were taken. They've made a huge difference to my on stage sound when compared to my Shure Se 535 headphones. A real game changer!

Miles provided an absolutely phenomenal service, travelling to my home to fit me for my custom 64 audio A6t’s. He was very patient while I tried a few different IEM options, and let me come to my own conclusions. Super knowledgeable, passionate and personable. What a fantastic experience! Miles came to my house to do our 3D scans for our headphones and couldn't do enoigh for us. He was extreemly helpful and had lots of knowledge to share with us. The headphones came in time for our holiday and they sound absolutely amazing! Thank you Miles!

Recently bought a pair of 64Audio Custom IEMs through DCA. Despite additional hurdles of working overseas and timing consultations, ear impressions and the delivery of the IEMs too fit around me, Miles was always focused on making the experience simple and hassle free. These are my first Custom IEMs but fit like a glove on first use and this is testament to the digital ear scanning technology that the Miles has adopted and perfected. Would recommend Miles and the DCA team to anybody looking for Custom IEMs or custom hearing protection.

Great experience from start to finish. Miles introduced me to all the various brands he deals with, their specialities and what customs can achieve in comparison to universal IEMs. Having finally decided on the 64Audio A12t I was able to get a very competitive qoute from him in comparison to going direct to the manufacturer. Additionally, being able to get 3d impressions included free as part of my purchase has meant impressions can be sent electronically, direct to 64 audio, streamlining the process. Also its good to know that if I were to purchase customs in the immediate future I can use the 3d impressions already on file without having to worry about releasing expanding foam in my ears. Having now received the 64 audio IEMs all I can say is the fit is perfect, no fatigue, lightweight and best of all the best in class sound quality.

Received my first set of customs today. What an experience! And there’s no one I’d of rather gone to other than DCA. After being recommended to by someone, I got in touch, and Miles looked after me every step of the way, what an amazing guy and an amazing business! Friendly, Professional and Helpful. I customised an IEM (FiR Audio model) with Dakin and everything goes smoothly. He always responds quickly and honestly with useful information. I could also come to his office and try the models on before I had to make a decision. I love the idea of 3D scanning, which is convenient, time-saving, and ear-friendly (the traditional way is the part that fears a lot of people away). He did it perfectly and professionally without any discomfort and the entire process was done in 10 minutes. The following process depends on FiR Audio which can be tracked but he did great work on his parts and finally shipped the CIEM to me as fast and securely as possible. From our chats, I can feel how he loves music. This was a fascinating experience!
