Friendly, professional and very helpful
Custom in-ears is an important investment and Miles from DCA came to one of my rehearsal and I was able to try different products. As a musician himself, he knows exactly what I needed and was able to recommend and advise on the best product for me. After a month of playing every weekend with my ACS custom, I'm very pleased with the clarity and comfort. I can't recommend DCA highly enough. Very professional, reachable and friendly.

Easiest way to get IEM’s
Miles from DCA has been nothing but amazing for me and the band.
He traveled 2 hours to come and 3D scan our ears and then went out his way to get all our IEM’s made and sent to us without us having to lift a finger.

Very knowledgeable and great service
I recently decided to get some custom IEMs made, as I use in ears with my band but the ones that I had weren't giving me enough hearing protection. I googled about and found Miles at DCA through Instagram. He was local (Birmingham based), competitively priced and I was interested in his ear scanning approach, which sounded more preferable than traditional foam moulding. I got in contact and Miles couldn't have been more helpful. He was came to me, which was convenient, he is very knowledgeable and really took the time during the initial consultation/ear scanning appointment to make sure I knew which IEMs would suit me best, and overall he is a really friendly guy. His scanning process is quick, non invasive, and painless and my IEMs fit like a glove. Easy 10/10, I will definitely be going back to DCA in the future for any IEM related purchases.
