Miles was brilliant to work with and made the whole experience choosing a new pair of IEM easy. When demoing the IEM, Miles was extremely helpful and gave plenty of space and time but also really good tips on deciding what pair of IEM to go for.

Miles listened to what I was was looking for and would take the time answering my questions and help with a budget I had in mind.

The service that DCA provide is just outstanding! My band was stepping into the world of IEMs for the first time and Miles helped us with everything we need to know and more. The best part wasn’t receiving the In ears, it was his enthusiasm to help us, he came to our studio and showed up different examples of what we could get that would work best for each member of the band because he cared that we made the right decision for us!
The technology he uses to create in ear moulds of ears was amazing to see and the results fit perfectly! I have no issues with my product I received. They’re so comfortable to wear and I use them all the time whether I’m practicing, or travelling on a plane. I definitely recommend DCA if you want to get in ear monitoring as Miles made it such an easy process.

Going in I didn't really know what I was after and what would work right for me but with Miles expertise he managed to get me sorted and I came away with exactly what I needed.

When we met I knew I’d made the right decision as I was instantly impressed by his knowledge and relaxed approach, zero pushiness, happy to talk about his experiences without leading you one way or another, and no attempt to upsell (I managed that all in my own!).

The 3D scanning was amazing, incredibly detailed, quick, pain free and fun, and when I was ready to order Miles took care of everything. I even went off-menu with my shell design and he got in touch with FiR and made it happen.
The in ears have been perfect of course and Miles’ after sale follow up care has been truly exemplary. I’ve recommended him to all of my band mates, and the cycle continues!

I engaged with Miles at DCA in order to upgrade my aged and well-worn ACS T3 single-driver IEMs. I have been very pleased with my current IEMs and didn't want to switch brand. Miles advised me on what was available, prices and pros and cons of various IEMs suited to my needs as a professional keyboard player and vocalist. His state-of-the-art 3D ear scan system was a tremendous advance from the injection mould method I had previously experienced. Far quicker and less obtrusive. Also better for the environment as everything happens in the digital domain. My chosen IEMs were ordered and Miles kept me fully informed throughout the process. Once complete, Miles even met me on the way to a gig to deliver my new IEMs. I used them that night and am thrilled with the results. Much improved sound with excellent isolation. Exactly what I was after. Miles is a trustworthy, knowledgeable IEM specialist who does everything possible to give you the best experience and product for your needs. Highly recommended!

Awesome service, from an initial chat as I had no clue about what I needed, to coming to me to demo some units and create the mould, Miles was awesome to work with.

Solid and friendly advice meant I got the right pair of iems for what I need, without breaking the bank.

My iems have been used heavily for most of the busy gigging season and my hearing and performance is so much better for it, thank dude!

Top class service from the beginning. Miles was fantastic and was only interested in educating on the products available and what would be best suited for the criteria we provided.

The tech he uses in order to obtain the ear imprints was so much more appealing than the traditional way of “foam in the ear”. I felt comfortable on both occasions (had to come back after a ear syringe).

I opted for some amazing 64 audio IEMs and a nice touch from Miles was posting them out next day so they would be ready for the gigs that weekend.

Miles is your man if custom IEM’s is what you are after. Huge range of products available and you never feel like you are being sold to.

Excellent process from start to finish. Miles is super knowledgeable, and gives really detailed and cogent answers to all your questions about IEMS. He only works with quality IEM providers, and is very effective and efficient. I loved working with a working musician who really understands fellow musicians and what's best for our ears. You're working with someone who is in the game, rather than someone that has the knowledge but not the practical application of being a musician. The 3D scan was fab and simple. And as i've always believed, simplicity is usually the best way forward. I wanted endgame IEMS and Got some A18t's from 64 audio for home studio, live, live streaming and mixing. I’m writing this after gigging with my custom in ears for the first time last night and am frankly blown away.
It’s mad to think I went all these years without them! Just the overall clarity and balance in my ears and how good the fit is.
Thanks to DCA for going above and beyond to make sure I had every question answered and every type of in ears tried out to make sure I get what is most suitable for me.
No push to get the most expensive thing, no ‘hurry up and give me your money’, just genuine people, passionate about what they do.

When Miles came to scan our ears (a far more swift and comfortable process than traditional molds) we were also able to try demo units to help choose which IEMs we would like and ask questions we had about the products or processes.

As a working musician firstly, I highly recommend turning to IEMs for on stage monitoring (I have resisted for years but have seen the light. Lol) and secondly, for getting set up and sorted with IEMs using Dakin Custom Audio must be the best way to go about it.

I had very little experience with IEMs. Makes, models, how high up the range would suit my requirements etc… but DCA spent time using demo sets to highlight each model and offer invaluable advice.

I tested the demo sets, had my ears 3D scanned, picked the IEMs for me following their advice and received within 4 weeks - I didn’t even need to leave my house with their door to door service.

The time they put into me getting the right product meant I hit the ground running and have now got the best on stage monitoring I’ve had - I’m approx 30 gigs in with my new IEMs up to writing this review, my bass player has since used DCA and ordered his IEMs and the singer is getting ready to get set up with DCA as well.

Quick and easy process. 100% would recommend to anyone looking to get some moulds. I have had moulds done before by other companies but this is by far the least intrusive and easiest way I have ever had them done.

Everything went smoothly and the end product came out great!
