Excellent Customer service. I wrote to inform of a dent on the blind, even though I managed to hammer out the dent and did not request for a replacement, a replacement was dispatched anyway.
Levering was optijd. Uitleg op video is beter dan de bijgeleverde foto's .

Best decision
It was very easy to choose the make and model of each window. The option to add a name/location to each window shade was also very handy. Installation was easy and fast I was able to do all 5 myself (no experience whatsoever). Now my top floor apartment is nice and cool, the quality is also excellent. Very happy.
