Very impressed with Darren - came promptly & exactly on time. Good communication on what steps were needed & other options if that didn't work. He was more than happy to do some other smaller jobs - there and then. Will definitely use him again.

First contractors I’ve ever had who arrived slightly early! Great knowledge, got on with installing the radiator and they look excellent, work great and are level!! Even ensured they cleaned up properly before finishing! Definitely recommend :)

We recently moved into our house and had noticed a few leaks round toilets and sinks, but also wanted a general overview of the state of the property. Darren arrived on time and got to work. He quickly identified numerous issues, some were simple fixes that he corrected on the day, such as fixing some toilet connection issues and outside tap issues, and others that will require longer term solutions but we needed to be aware of to avoid making the situation worse.

One massive issue that he identified was blocked drainage in our outside underground pipes where the previous owners had dumped bricks and DIY waste, which was causing quite a severe blockage. Darren showed me the issue and talked me through it, then update me on what would be required to fix it and the costs involved, and then once I gave the go ahead started clearing it out. Once completed I was shown the clear drainage pipes and the improved water flow so I knew it had been fixed.

I can highly recommend DAKS plumbing as they're friendly, informative, and good at what they do.

Darren came out to us within 24hrs to fix a leak. He identified the source quickly & made the appropriate repairs. He was friendly & professional!

This is the second review for DAKs plumbing. Darren had done a job for me last week and we were so impressed we got him back to supply and fix a kitchen bridge tap. Very happy with the service and even happier that he gave a 1 year guarantee on the tap. Top quality work.

Needed our shower replacing and Darren was excellent from start to finish. Very clear about what needed to be done, sourced all the parts (which were of high quality) and managed to complete everything to top quality standard within a couple of days. Went above and beyond by fixing some other smaller plumbing issues in the house, which was a really nice touch. Would highly recommend.

Daks plumbing came to replace a bath to a shower and ended up replacing the toilet as well because split in a pipe. Pleasant and reliable Hard working did a brilliant job.

Very professional from the first point of contact, up until the job has been finished. Darren knows exactly what he's talking about and gets the job done. Our tap was dripping excessively and within an hour or 2 he was here and also liased with our landlord about other issues which he said would benefit from being updated, which he has also just completed. His colleague was also approachable and professional. They tidy up after themselves, talk through what they have done and stay to make sure everything is working fine. An excellent job done and I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing an honest and reliable company.

I’ve Used Darren on a couple of occasions now and yet again Darren was excellent - prompt, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in fixing my toilet flush system. He carried the necessary parts with him, and set to work with great efficiency, solving the problem. I wish all domestic workers were up to that standard.

We called Darren in an emergency, and to say that he saw us quickly would be an understatement! Darren diagnosed the problem in no time, provided an incredibly professional service and we are so happy with the results - looking at it, you'd never know that there was even a leak in the first place!
