Darren came out and sorted a leak for me using his thermal camera. Would recommend to anyone of my family and friends. Great attitude and doesn't mess about. Was surprised at the bill not half as much as I thought. Merry xmas mate

I had a toilet leaking in an empty property where tenants had moved out. I called Darren in the hope that he would come round this side of Christmas to see where the leak was coming from, I had a rough idea but needed a plumber to confirm and quote so that I could get it fixed in Jan given it was short notice. Darren came, diagnosed and fixed the problem straight away. This has given me peace of mind over the Christmas period especially as the property is empty. It's also worth mentioning similar to other reviews I found Darren very professional in terms of customer service. Communication was very clear ahead of arrival and in explaining the problem and going through option to solve the problem. Price is reasonable too. Highly recommend calling Darren for any plumbing issues. Very personable with excellent customer service skills.

Darren recently visited a property in Herne Bay to conduct an assessment of the flat’s heating, plumbing, and drainage systems, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his service.

From the outset, Darren displayed exceptional professionalism. His communication was excellent – he explained everything clearly and kept me informed throughout the entire process. It was clear that he is highly experienced and knowledgeable, as he conducted a thorough inspection, leaving no detail overlooked.

He took the time to provide thoughtful recommendations and ensured that I understood the state of the systems. His meticulous approach and expertise gave me complete confidence in his assessment.

Darren has been a saviour. He came round a few months ago after we were ripped off by a rogue company that charged us £300 for 1hr to diagnose that we had a leak in the upstairs toilet recommending that we changed the toilet. Before committing to anything, we call Darren for a second opinion and it was such a game change. Darren was a godsend. He put us at ease and he was very reassuring and told us not to change anything before he had a chance to look at the toilet. Fast forward, Darren found the leak, fixed it under 2,5 hours at a very reasonable rate. I just called him today again to look at a suspected toilet blockage and he provided us with a 5 star service.

Darren came round and sorted my problem out really quickly and efficiently talking me through all the problems and solutions available.

Having been let down by various plumbers, to have a bath fitted. I found Darren through Facebook. I cannot fault his professional work and attitude.He has been extremely helpful and reliable since the start! I would highly recommend Darren for any job. In fact I am looking forward to him returning to fix the shower.

Darren did an excellent job of replacing an old sink and radiator with a new countertop vanity, sink, towel rail and mosaic tiling, in an update of a small toilet room. He went above and beyond , exceeding my expectations. Very professional, tidy and efficient. I would highly recommend Daks Plumbing.

Had a leak in my downstairs toilet and was recommended DAKS plumbing. After speaking to someone on the phone, they said it sounds like the donut ring. Within a couple of hours Darren arrived, diagnosed the fault as the donut ring, fixed it and was gone within 30 minutes. Price was more than reasonable and Darren himself was polite and very reassuring. I struggle to trust tradesman, due to previous experiences, but DAKS plumbing, certainly gave me nothing to worry about. Highly recommend and now my go to plumbers :)

Darren was really communicative before and during the fix of my radiator problem. He kept me updated on what was happening and what the next steps would be for the fix. Really great work and will definitely contact again in the future

I recently had them over to replace the kitchen waste piping in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

They arrived on time, were polite and courteous, and explained the work that needed to be done in a clear and concise way.
Completed the job quickly and efficiently, with minimal disruption to my home.
They were clearly experts in their field and were able to answer all of my questions.
They left my kitchen clean and tidy, and even took away all of the old piping.

Professional plumber and knowledged, fixed a leaking shower, we're very happy to have a our shower back. We found Darren through a recommendation and would not hesitate to call upon his services again.

Darren was on time, gave me a fair price and the work was done neatly and quickly. They waited and checked every rad before leaving and went back up into my loft to double check the boiler. It wasn’t a massive job but everything was done and checked over and I was really pleased. Will definitely use them again next time I need a plumber.

Called Darren from DAKS Plumbing after being let down by two other companies,Darren turned up,diagnosed the issue and gave me a price to complete the job,he managed to remove a couple of tiles with out breaking and fit a new shower valve for us,the end result was amazing and can honestly say the service Darren offers is second to none,will definitely be using him again

Bingo the blockage was found. We contacted Darren due to a washing machine waste pipe backing up he attended and established that there was a blockage in our pipes after using various equipment. He managed to dislodge and clear the blockage and has checked in on us every couple of days since to ensure the blockage has not returned. Would highly recommend.

I needed replacement bath taps and a friend put me onto Darren @ DAKS Plumbing.
