I am extremely disappointed with this company. They took my money immediately, and they have never delivered the order.

I have called this company numerous times and it's always busy! I've emailed with no response! I'm now going to get a refund from the bank! Ridiculous!

I didn’t receive my package
I received a msg when I’m tracking my parcel that I can’t receive the package because there is an address problem when all the address was printed and well noted

Finding this product was a hassle but I was happy that this website had them

We have not gotten the Avalanche bedspread we ordered! When I look online to contact you the website is down and no way to contact you. I am wondering if it is a scam website and I got tricked.

I had an incident where I myself made an incorrect address input on my order. I just ordered to late at night after a long week. The company responded after immediately responding to a trouble ticket. I'm hoping my Annabelle seat covers are as prestigious as the customer service is..

I am looking for a return for an item that came 3 weeks later than it should and for an item that does not fit. I am getting the run around. I email and get responses a day later, and when I call the numbers on the bottom of the emails, I get a email or a fast busy signal.

I have not yet received anything to rate. Not do I have a tracking number. Not impressed at all

Beware... Company will take your money/payment and won't ship the item you paid for. When you try and talk to customer service they say someone's looking into it and nothing ever happens. Will file fraud report and contact my bank to get money back
