What can I say about Daley Inventories.
I forgot to contact Daley’s during the week for my Saturday morning check-in when I realised it was Friday evening and knowing that they are extremely busy during the weekend they managed to squeeze me in at last minute giving me the opportunity to check-in my tenant and securing the property with their top end inventory report.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, HONESTLY!
I highlighted damage to the wooden floor. They failed to highlight this damage and although I supplied them photographs on the day and chased them up they failed to incorporate them into the file. Nevertheless I lost the DPS deposit because they failed to highlight it in the report with adequate photographs.
I requested Victor at Daley Inventories paid for the flooring, as he had not done his job properly and that I would lift and remove the flooring. He would not agree and asked that he prefer I took him to COURT!!
This is the type of business that will take your money, but when a problem arises, they will not hold weight or make reasonable adjustments for mistakes they have made.
