After searching for a company to build custom boxsprings and mattresses for my antique twin beds, I finally found Nathan. He was very informative and came up with a solution for what I needed. The service was excellent, pricing was reasonable, and a local family owned company! Plus, delivery and installation in one week! Thank you, Dallas Natural Mattress.

Customer service is on freakin point. The mattress is like sailing away on a cloud that only Jesus himself could wake you up from. If you have an incredible salesman (Chase) and an incredible product, how could you be disappointed?!

Chase like the bank was absolutely fantastic. This is the best mattress hands down! I’m sleeping better than I ever have. Chase and Nathan came out and reminded the mattress themselves. This is the true American experience. They had super fast delivery, very easy set up, and it was such a wonderful experience all around!

My husband and I just purchased a mattress from Dallas Natural Mattress about a week ago and we are so happy with how much better we are sleeping! Nathan was so nice and helped us find the right fit for both of us, and the fact that we don’t have to worry about our mattress off-gassing gross and harmful chemicals helps us sleep that much easier. DNM was highly recommended to us by a friend. It was important for us to find a nontoxic mattress that would not off gas harmful chemicals since we were buying for our toddler.
We were highly impressed with the selection of mattresses with varying price ranges to fit anyone’s budget. Chase and Nathan were very helpful and knowledgeable. We will be purchasing our next mattress from here no doubt.

A couple years ago, my husband and I purchased a very expensive mattress with the latest technology from a mattress store. After about two months, I began experiencing headaches, poor sleep, and pain. The store would not exchange the mattress, even though they said they would when we bought it originally.
We had a great experience at Dallas Natural Mattress! They were not pushy or trying to sell us a mattress. Our salesman, Chase, took time to get to know us and our needs and let us explore the wide array of natural mattresses available. He suggested we tried different mattresses and then offered the suggestions he thought might be the best for us based on our feedback. He didn't try to sell us the most expensive mattress or the house brand or unnecessary accessories, he just explained to us why each mattress may or may not be a good fit for us and allowed us time to experience the mattresses and talk without looming over us. We also had to return a few times and he was very patient with us and communicative through the process.
We appreciate the honest, non-pressured, and client-focused approach while helping us find the perfect mattress for us that we hope will last a long time.
I will refer friends, family, and patients to DNM without fear of them being manipulated or frustrated.

Our experience today at DNM was superb!! We were greeted by Nathan and received exceptional service. He listened and guided us to some different mattresses to meet our need for a guest room bed. He was thorough in his explanation and answers. We also ended up getting a lovely Mission bed frame at a very reasonable price, along with pillows. At no point did we feel pressure to purchase anything, which was a huge relief. The mattresses are top quality and can sell themselves, but the service was above and beyond what we expected. We have a great purchasing experience with DNM. Nathan and Chase are extremely knowledgeable of their products, they are very informative during the whole process. I never felt pressured or pushed towards any of their products, Chase was very patient and gave me plenty time and space to try several matreses until I was ready to make a decision. I was surprised to see Nathan and Chase delivering my matresses too, and they were always friendly and polite. I will definitely buy from them again. We need more of that level of care and customer service around Dallas. Highly recommended. And yes, we checked several other chain mattresses stores, not surprised by those.

I LOVE DNM!!! Chase and Nathan were nothing but professional and honest! Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable and patient but, they had the UTMOST customer service that I have experienced during this very difficult time. It was smooth sailing from the moment I walked into the store to the day of delivery! There were no hiccups and everything about my experience was extremely pleasant. They even took the time to give me information and ideas for furniture to go with my new bed and apartment! I cannot wait to sleep in it! The best!!!

Nathan was incredibly helpful. He managed to have a frame delivered to my college sophomore last minute, and he saved the day! His customer service was impeccable.

My parents need a firm mattress and the Nurture Firm has been perfect. I’m used to waiting two weeks to receive a mattress after ordering, but this order definitely arrived sooner than that. The delivery went well, and the deliverer was very friendly and helpful. Mainly, I would liked to have had email confirmation of my order and some updates.

No. No. No. No. No. Absolutely do not recommend doing business with Dallas Natural Mattress & I’ll tell you why. I placed an in-store order at this location (Dallas) in August of 2019 & still haven’t received my refund for my order to this present date. I NEVER received any of my products in the time frame that delivery was expected, which is why I wanted a full refund. After placing my order I was told it would be about a 7-8 week TAT. After that time had passed, I called to check on my order and was told it would be about 10-15 more business days. Those business days passed and I called again to check on the status. I was told over the phone that ‘nothing had been shipped out of the warehouse’ to their location. Are you kidding me? Just shooting the breeze on the previous phone calls. I knew something was up and it didn’t feel right. And you know how you should listen to your gut instinct? Glad I did. I communicated on that phone call that I wanted to cancel my order, and I wanted a full refund. I was told that only a ‘credit’ would be issued and that the accounting department would contact me to discuss this issue. Guess what? They never did! After doing research, I know for a fact that the brand of mattress I was purchasing should’ve only taken 2-3 weeks to get shipped to their Dallas location. What is going on, people??

I have sent certified letters in Jan/Feb of 2020 still asking for my refund. Feb 2020, I was contacted by the Dallas Natural Mattress store manager & he said that he didn’t want to play games and wanted to get my order straightened out. He offered to have my order placed & delivered to me asap. I declined and stated I wanted to be refunded only. He said he would have one of the owners reach out to me to discuss that since he is not allowed to issue a refund. Guess what? They never did. So at this point I had enough reason to believe that my order had never even been placed! I declined the product offer because after all this time they do not deserve my business, after how poorly they’ve treated me. How can you willing just take someone’s money and do nothing about it for months? How?

April 2020 rolls around, I get a phone call from the store manager and he offered to deliver my products since they were magically available now. I told him my order is canceled and I still want my refund. He said that because of COVID they couldn’t issue a refund. Oh yeah, I got that excuse. If you are still able to operate during this time, you can still offer a refund. Plus, they cashed my check back in August 2019…so I know they took my money! So here I am nearly a year later after making too many phone calls & sending certified letters, I’m having to take legal action just to get my money back. I’m very disgusted and disappointed with the lack of customer service you will not find at Dallas Natural Mattress. If they wanted to make things right, they would’ve issued a refund by now. Imagine being in my situation. You would be pretty upset too, right? I want my money back! DO NOT SHOP HERE!
