I recently purchased the Posh and Lavish Fusion mattress from DNM, and I am totally satisfied with my decision. When I visited the store at Preston/Forest, I was greeted by Chase who listened to my criteria and guided me to the best fit. Nathan was also instrumental in solidifying my decision by explaining the health benefits of owning a natural mattress. Very professional all the way around and skilled at providing solutions for the customer's individual needs. The delivery was flawless, and their skilled set up person, Errol, was friendly and efficient. In no time, I was putting the sheets on the bed, and off to dreamland I went. Thanks DNM!

We have had our king posh+lavish bed for over 1 week and we are obsessed!!! My husband has sleep apnea and after a week of sleeping on our new mattress he told me that he has never felt so rested. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, I'm very happy with my purchase and the service I received! I got the Mango mattress, and came back a bit later to get a pillow and a mattress cover. I'll be back again in the future if I need anything else!

Purchased our beds today and met the nicest most genuine folks. Nathan was great and really cared about our needs and budget and was able to get us a great deal. We are anxious to get our mattresses. I bought new latex mattresses and an adjustable bed frame 3 years ago and had a wonderful experience selecting my super comfortable bed. I recently needed a replacement remote and Nathan and the team handled everything for me. They reviewed my warranty, ordered the remote and emailed me directions for programming. I appreciate that they stand by their products and that is why I will always buy my mattresses here. Thanks!

We received our mattress back in January before all the craziness with quarantine started. We liked the beds but not the topper. Even though it’s now June, Chase is helping us out with new toppers! Their customer service is very good and the beds are wonderful! They explain all the details of how they keep your bed free of toxic chemicals. It’s so nice to not be breathing in all the bad things that most mattress companies use. I highly recommend purchasing from this family owned business!

Highly recommend Dallas Natural Mattress. We bought their in-house brand mango mattress and couldn’t be happier. Best night sleep my wife and I have had in a long time. Delivery was excellent as well. Texted the day of confirming delivery time. Then again when they were 30 minutes out. Very happy with our purchase!

I bought two natural twin mattresses from Dallas Natural Mattress and very happy that I did. I ordered online, had never done business with this company before, so I was a little concerned. Although delivery took a little longer, Chase was always available when I called, and the delivery men were professional and helpful.
