Do NOT purchase with them

Do NOT purchase with them . Terrible customer service . Ordered 3x adult and children PCR test the day before and came late as a result had to pay a fine at the airport as we didn’t receive the results despite calling dam health a few hours before departure to ask about the progress and they said that we needed to wait and it’s in the process of being send to us. Contacted the bank who contacted Dam Health after no reply both through phone and email and they replied to the bank refusing to give a refund. Despite being in the wrong for sending the results 6 hours later ! Pathetic.

Ordered some covid test kits as my boys have been unwell so ordered from this company .They got dpd to deliver for them that took it to a shop 10miles away from were I leave even thou my wife works from home.i asked for a refund that they agreed with after a few emails but just got a £4 refund for a £34 pound item

Data Protection scam company

Book anything with them if you want:
- to receive zilliards unsolicited marketing emails, filling your spambox;
- not being able to unsubscribe even AFTER contacting their spam-disro so-called "customer abuse team";
- have the experience with the company clearly violating the GDPR/DPA*

* - yes, I have filled report to ICO about the fact that your privacy data controller email does not exists and that you are ignoring repeated requests for unsubscribing from your spam list.

Sent for a thyroid test

Sent for a thyroid test. Never arrived. Photo of a gloved hand holding a bag. Two emails later nothing has happened. No refund. Just says they are investigating. I had a test last year in a high street branch which was ok. Seems they are just taking peoples money under false pretences now. I doubt I’ll see my money again. Silly me not using a credit card. 😢

SCAMMERS

Do not use this company they are thieves. I just went to double check my booking for a PCR test at Enfield, and found that they have closed it down. No email, no phone call, they refuse to answer emails..I have had to ask my bank fraud team to try and get my money back. If i had not gone to check, i would have lost my flight which was £3000.Ths company should not be allowed to trade..

Cancelled 2 pre booked PCR tests and was told would get my refund of £96 within 7-10 days it’s now been 2 months and still waiting. Now they don’t allow you to call it’s online standard reply from them. Thriving company. Am looking to contact Ombudsman and BBC Watchdog.

Stay away!!!!!

Stay away!!!!!! I bought a strep a test, which was suppose to be delivered within 24 h (only reason why I bought it in the first place). Obviously they failed it! I asked to cancel the order. Which they did but they did not refund me at all!!!! I sent three emails asking for refund. Stilll waiting!!!! Absolutely waste of time!

Thieving company, use at your peril

Thieving company. Take money but dont honour the distance selling regulations. Didn't state the extra test prices for processing on website. When asked for a refund, completely ignoring emails and phone calls. Now they have taken down the complaints form. Do not use, you will not get your results or your money back. Totally dishonest.

Unbelievable...

Unbelievable! I should have known when I walked into a temporary storefront location on a suburban high street. I got a call on a Sunday at 2 pm saying the courier service was not able to pick up the samples, and that my results would be delayed beyond the time promised. The flight was the following day. They must have had dozens if not a hundred or more test clients that day, and yet each one of us is required to make 'alternative test arrangements'. Of course, it never occurred to them that DAM Health should make alternative arrangements on behalf of all of us inconvenienced customers. For example, by making alternative courier arrangements, or...radical idea... a DAM Health associate getting in a car and delivering the samples to the testing center themselves. Now that would have been service! But no - no initiative, no idea of service, and definitely my first and only time to use them!

Dam health cancelled my booked fit to fly antigen test at the very last minute as I was walking to my appointment and expect me to travel from Essex to Enfield (another of their testing centre) which is over 25 miles away. This situation has caused me & my husband raised anxiety, frustration, time, cost and fear that we are going to lose our booked holiday as we are scheduled to fly out early the next day. This is unacceptable and unnecessary stress caused.

Appalling service

Appalling service ! Contacted by telephone to be told day before the test the local Milton Keynes clinic had closed for three days ! Offered a full refund or alternative clinic 1.5 hours away !! Had no choice but to drive three hours there’s& back. A full refund on a Saturday late pm is not on ! Eventually got a test in a pop up clinic run by one person doing reception and the tests ! Avoid this terrible company ! If you do you run the risk of losing your holiday !

Not a company to trust

I give 1 star as there is no facility to give non . Ordered C19 flow tests for next day delivery , received an email from a carrier stating that delivery . No delivery . contacted them and was then told it was next day dispatch and 3/4 days delivery . I cancelled the order but found I have been charged for goods I have not received and have had not contact from them although a commitment was mde to " look into it " .

Lost blood test - being ignored

I ordered a food intolerance test; completed and returned it on September 30th. Thankfully I have the post office receipt. I have e mailed many times; no response. Very frustrating. The test cost £143.99 and results should have been turned around in 72 hours. Very disappointing service

Dam Health - Charlatans and Thieves

Ordered 20 covid tests for next day delivery. After one month of pestering they sent me 5. They have refused any refund and refused to send me the outstanding covid tests.

These people are thieves and scammers - if you are thinking of buying from them please burn your money instead as it will be quicker than giving it to these charlatans.

If you choose to ignore this review, purchase anyway, and are equally scammed please do as I have done and report them to trading standards and leave a negative review everywhere you can to try and prevent others from having to deal with them.

Refused refund - Given bad advice & ludicrous change/cancel fees

Rang to cancel an apportionment and advised to put it on hold (as we might require one in future) rather than cancel and incur a £15 cancellation fee and if I still wanted to cancel and get a refund I could do so later.

The answer phone message still says you can go online and use the member portal to request a refund. That doesn't seem to be possible.

Called today and tried to cancel and get a refund and now I'm told under their cancellation policy I'm not entitled to a refund since I put my appointment on hold.

The terms and conditions and cancellation policy currently listed on the website don't line up with anything the call centre people are telling me.

I've expressed my disappointment at the unfairness of this to the call centre and I'm waiting on a call back after they've reviewed recordings of my previous calls to them before they decide what to do.

Even if they do decide to give me some of the money back for a service I have never used I can safely say I will avoid this company forever given their unethical refund and cancellation policy and ludicrous cancellation fees.

Hopeless Customer Service

Struggling to get delivery of test I have paid for. Different agents say different things and now claim I have had a full refund based on a email they sent which was wrong. Just hopeless. Now out of pocket and only postage refunded and sent 5 "free" tests instead of the 20 I ordered and paid for.

Dodgy cancellation policy and bad customer service, do not use.

Booked a fit to fly PCR test a week in advance. The very next day our destination country changed their arrivals policy meaning we didn’t need it anymore. Made the cancellation as per their portal immediately, but DAM refused to refund us the full fee despite the change not being our fault and the cancellation being made well ahead of time. Instead, they took £40 in “admin fees”. Even small companies will always have allowances within their cancellation policy for early cancellations, especially when it’s not the customers fault, but not DAM, apparently.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Booked appointment online and paid for a fit to fly PCR test at Luton branch only to get there to find it shut. Calling the head office I discover that clinic has closed down. They wouldn't refund me as I'd booked online but offered to get me an appointment in Milton Keynes (over half an hour drive away). Arrive in Milton Keynes to find their courier had already taken the tests for that day (apparently they asked him to come back to collect mine but I don't have much confidence). The man who carried out my test was not only rude but incredibly aggressive. Jabbing and shaking the stick up my nose so violently he broke the skin and left blood on the swab! Hours later I am still in pain and experiencing burning much like a bad sinus infection. Honestly this whole experience has been horrendous start to finish and I don't hold out much hope at all of getting my results on time. No one could give me an answer as to why they are still taking people's money and booking appointments at a clinic that no longer exists either. Complete scam. Go elsewhere.
