Perforated Leather Car Seat Repair
I had a small tear in one of my perforated leather car seats, had spoken to three leather repair companies in the South West and was advised it could not be fixed. I stumbled across one of Wayne’s YouTube videos and made contact. Needless to say Wayne was professional from the outset, knowledgeable, honest and very reasonably priced. Tear was repaired very quickly and I even got a little time lapse video of the repair showing the whole process. I would highly recommend Wayne to anyone.

A high quality repair
Wayne was great to deal with and he was able to give me an immediate quote upon viewing the damage. The car was soon booked in and I picked the car up today, i had full confidence Wayne was going to do a great job and he didnt disappoint.
There are no signs of the original damage, hopefully car will not get reversed into again, but if it does I wouldn't hesitate to go back to damage undone.

Skilled, helpful and professional
Wayne was very helpful and knowledgeable. He undertook a complex and challenging renovation on my classic car and the results were outstanding. He is very clear in his communications, and was flexible and accommodating as far as he could be and beyond. The job took longer than he expected but he honoured his price. What brought me to his door was a mix of previous experience and recommendations from other trade specialists who said Wayne was simply the best man for the job. They were right.

Complete waste of time
Got advised to go in to get a quote for a minor dent. Smaller than an apple. To get told he doesn’t deal with anything that big! ridiculous if you ask me just clearly couldn’t be asked to take on the job. Should have stated that before trekking down to the facility. Compete wast of time

I’m sorry you felt that you needed to leave me my only 1 star review simply because I turned down a job that was not what I specialise in.
You mentioned that it was only the size of an apple but what you didn’t mention was where it’s located, the type of metal that it is, the shape of the panel and it’s contours.
You are also correct that I did ask you to come by for a quote because a photo would not have shown me what I needed to see.
To be done correctly your damage requires certain tools that I don’t have because it’s not what I specialise in and that is why it was too BIG for me. Maybe I could have gone into more detail about this but you didn’t seem that interested.
I always try and provide both a high level of service and repairs and the reason I am able to achieve this is because I am honest with my customers, I don’t pull the wool over their eyes and if a job is not what I do then I don’t take it on.
It is a shame that you were so quick to leave a small business like mine such a negative and inaccurate review for simply being honest with you. It would have been a lot more respectful and kinder to have given me a call for a more in-depth technical explanation of why I couldn’t do it, if that is truly what you wanted to understand.

Fabulous result!
Wayne undertook two jobs on our 10-year-old Mini Cooper S Cabriolet. He repaired the worn edge of the driver's leather seat, and removed a dent from the driver's door (using a Paintless Dent Removal technique). What a fabulous result! The car looks like new, and we are extremely pleased. We would use Wayne again without hesitation for any future issues we may have with our cars.
