Highly recommended! Yarn lovely and super efficient customer service
Yarn lovely and Tina was so helpful. Like an idiot I managed to buy the same order twice online. Tina at Great British Yarns spotted this immediately and was going to put the two orders together to avoid double postage costs - but when she flagged it up to me in an email I realised what I had done and explained I didn’t actually intend to buy the two lengths of yarn twice over. I had thought one payment hadn’t gone through (it turned out that it had) and so I accidentally re-purchased the same order. Doh! Anyway. Tina arranged a refund super quick and the yarn I wanted arrived quickly. Great company, good yarns. Super customer service. Five stars all round! I bought soft Donegal merino yarn. Lovely.

Always personable and professional. Communication is prompt and polite. Really appreciate their packaging, the yarn comes in sealed transparent bags that protect them on their postage journey and you can use the bags to store the yarn as well.
