Damas travels is a scam!! They take your money and dont pick up the phone after
Please dont ever book with Damas Travels again. I spoke to agent Hazel and the manager Emma and they said they will give my full refund back as it was their fault saying the price has increased for the flight with no warning and took my money and only after taking my money they sent an email. When i requested for a refund they only gave half the money back when even the manager said she will only take some due to cancellation fees. They took more than the cancellation fees and figure discussed. Now when I keep calling them, they are not picking up. They are a scam please dont book with them!!

When you initially booked the flight, we promptly sent you an invoice that clearly outlined the booking details, including the fare and our policies. As mentioned in the invoice, you were required to confirm the booking via email. Unfortunately, we did not receive a confirmation from you, which led to a delay, and by the time the booking was processed, the fare had increased.
When we attempted to book the new flight for you, there was a difference in fare that needed to be covered. You were given the option to proceed with the new fare or to cancel the booking. You chose to cancel the booking, and as per our policy, the cancellation charges were applied, which were clearly stated on the invoice. The remaining balance has been refunded to you.
We regret any misunderstanding that may have occurred, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

They took my money and refused to return it. They are theives and everytime i called the agent that was supposedly dealing with my booking was in the toilet and the one whi answered the phone was rude and unprofessional and didnt know english at all. First they asked me to pay deposit and they said its not possible to issue tickets and confirm booking until have paid full amount but when i decided dont want to deal with them they brought excuse to refuse to refund my money that they had reserved seats and hotel when they clearly told me was not possible.
