If there were a negative in stars i would give it to them. After waiting 2 months for a transmission that was suppose to be shipped within a week, qe are still waiting. I have asked for a refund 3 weeks ago after they made 3 failed promises.. and i am still waiting on the refund. They gave horrible customer service and always gives excuses on why they can not deliver. They say that the refund has to be approved first... But approved for what? We never received a product!! There should be no issues returning my money in the 4-5 days like the website says.

Had the same problem as everyone else,wouldn't ship the exhaust,kept saying it was back ordered. They wouldn't refund our money until we go a hold of our credit card company and they finally got them to refund our $550.00.

Don’t order from them. Terrible service you’ll never get your package or your refund. I didn’t get either one I’m down $1,407 I had bought and exhaust system. Then I asked where it was they said it was delayed then I asked to cancel and get a refund and now it’s been almost a month and nothing yet. Truelly a joke of a company DO NOT BUY!

Yes they are a scam. Made the mistake of ordering tires. And even canceled before my card was charged. Keep getting an automated email. Is there anything anyone can do about this so called company? I'm out over 700 bucks.

Scam. All scam. Will say order is shipped but never does then refuses to refund money. SCAM. Will tell you to email account since they have no number, only get generated replies. Do not use company.

BEWARE!! This “company” is a complete scam. It’s not a real company at all. They don’t have a real phone number with real representatives, they don’t allow comments or DM’s on their Instagram, and… ohh yeah… I didn’t get the $500 carburetor I ordered. Had to call my bank, start a claim, and wait over a month to get my money back because Wells Fargo couldn’t get ahold of a single person from this “company”. If I help just one person not go through the hassle I just went through… this review was worth it! DanaPort is a complete scam and I’m disgusted that people like this exist. The world deserves better!

These guys are a scam! Placed an order on July 02 and received an email stating the order is being processed. Received another email stating the order has been delayed to July 22. Called and spoke to Nathan who confirmed the order has shipped out and I will be receiving it 4 days. It is July 26, called the get a tracking #, only to be told by Grace that it did not go out and the tentative ship day is Aug 02. I asked to cancel the order.
It seems I am not the only one that has been messed around by this company. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Been waiting on tail lights for almost a year. Ordered October 2021. They tell me product is on backorder. Was able to reach someone until recently, they stopped answering their phone and dont return calls. I think the email has a auto response as well. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

I wrote a Dana port distribution review last week but I thought I would tell everyone on here about this bad scam so called company that I filed a complaint with the ftc.federal trade commission and that everyone should do the same.i also emailed the Dana port California chamber of commerce and let them know about this.and I emailed the company that they are advertising in my case it's snow performance and let them know what these scammers are doing while using their company name and products.

07/06/2022: purchased/ordered afe exhaust system for my Dodge Ram diesel
07/09/2022: never received any updates of shipping or when product will be shipped. Contacted company via email and was informed shipped date would be 07/20/2022. Once after I decided to cancel and request refund. Received email confirmation of cancelled ordered and was notified it would take 5-7 business days once after accounting team has done their review.
07/18/2022: No refund. Contacted company via email and stated accounting team will review and bring me up to date shortly.
07/22/2022: No refund with no update from company. Contacted bank/credit union and created dispute.
If I could give zero stars I would. Every bad review is accurate. Saved all the email interactions for proof!

Ordered an ARB awning in February 2021 and kept getting messages from them that the awnings were on backorder. After about a year, I decided enough was enough and asked to cancel the order. They had already charged the card. They keep e-mailing back saying that they cannot perform a refund. Calls to customer service go either unanswered or they just give you the runaround. This is a scam business -- not sure how they are still operating.

Its july 2022 SCAM DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY Danaport thiefts this company is a scam order mu shocks like 3 months ago they said it be here in 2 weeks they never shipped when i finally got a hold of them they said it be 2 more weeks then i called again and a rude as guy said and other 2 weeks for the 3rd time they never shipped asked for refund and so far they have NOT refund my money they belong in jail.

I usually read reviews unfortunately this time I didn't. I have never seen a business as badly run. Trying to get a refund is proving to be impossible.

Company is a scam, you will not receive whatever you are trying to get from there. For me it was exhaust. Several messages (after I asked) extending the shipment date then no refund after it was requested.

Do not buy from this company/website is a scam I bought a ats aurora 3000 turbo for my truck from them never got the part after 3 months called them repeatedly they kept saying it was back ordered so I asked fir my 2175.38 dollar refund and they kept stringing that along saying there accounting department was working on it I finally called and emailed them 1 last time and they just fed me full of false info they constantly hung up on me the guy was a dope and so was the women horrible crook people they ended up blocking my number and I got no refund best thing u can do here is just contact your bank and they were pretty helpful in getting my money back

Ordered a pair of tires on 5/22/22 never received my shipping confirmation, when I contacted them they pushed the ship date out twice before I decided to cancel on 6/27/22. Once I cancelled they sent cancelation confirmation and I am here today still waiting on my refund of $655.44.

I have sent them 3 emails requesting update on my refund an I keep getting the same automated email of someone supposedly looking over my refund status. I should’ve read the reviews for this horrible company. Like many others I recommend the same and stay away from this company.

Danaport racing is a scam I purchased a front set of willwood brakes for my truck and two days later I canceled my order because the brakes were on backorder (no one told me) and two weeks later I have not received my refund & I get the same lie every time I called. Please never buy from these guys spend the extra money

Absolutely do not purchase anything from this company, they are crooked and scam artists! I originally ordered a set of Micket thompson et ss tires, after waiting two weeks for the supposed shipping date I still had no confirmation on if they shipped. I Sent an email asking about it and they pushed the shipping date out another month. I then decided to cancel my order and buy elsewhere, still haven't received my refund as of today's date 7/4/22 and it's been a month. They charged my card $555.00 for the order by the way, I have sent numerous emails and finally called and spoke to an actual customer service agent, the guy was a complete door knob. All in all he was very rude over the phone and told me all I could do is wait for my refund, so I told him I guess I'll be calling in a few days to ask again "since he was of no help" he then proceeded to hang up on me. NEVER buy anything from these people unless you want them to just charge your card and steal your money. It's safe to say I'm pretty sure I'm not getting my money back!

Take this as a lesson learned from me and AVOID these CROOKS. Long story short, I ordered tires from them back in early May. I emailed them a week later inquiring about the status of shipment. I was told that the "manufacturer" pushed back the date." I was given another date in regards to shipping to which I said ok, that's fine. Well, nearly 2 weeks passes by and crickets. I called them and was told the same BS again. I told them I'd like to cancel my order at this point. I found the tires elsewhere for an extra $150 and paid that and got it within 3 days. I was told me refund will be reviewed by this mysterious "accounting team" and will be notified when the refund has been given. I called and emailed them nearly EVERY WEEK and I was told the "accounting team" will review my refund and get back to me. A MONTH LATER and STILL NO REFUND. I called back and asked for this supposed "accounting teams" email and/or phone number so I can have a word with them. Guess what, the rep didn't have their contact info and said I will get the same email about the accounting team reviewing my refund again. HUH? She said she'll talk to them and get back to me. As you all can tell from the pattern of lies by these crooks, I never got a call back. The last time I spoke with the rep, she stated that other people were having the same problem with their refunds and that I should contact my bank and file a charge back. That is exactly what I did and they will investigate these crooks. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. WORST POS's I've ever dealt with and I wouldn't wish this on anyone!!!
