Do not BUY from this company I repeat do not !!! I ordered back in April then cancelled my order because they never told me it was back ordered until I bought the item and when I tried to get a refund they keep telling me someone will get to me and never have I called and they hung up on me then blocked my number this is a scam!! they literally stole $500 please look at them they are rated F with the BBB website that should tell you everything you need to know .. the few good reviews that have if u find them are definitely fake as hell ! I’m so pissed

I send email asking status of order. They replied that
it's delayed. Well three more weeks and nothing.
They charged my CC when I first ordered.
They claim to have stuff they don't.
Now waiting for refund to CC.
May have to go to CC company.

I ordered a Quick Fuel Carb from them on the 8th of April and their site stated 7-14 day delivery. After 8 days of waiting i requested tracking on the carb. I got a surprise 2 days later when they said it would be shipped on 6/10/22. On 6/10/22 I emailed again asking for tracking on the carb and received an email stating a sales rep would be with me shortly to day is the 14th still no response. I personally don't like being lied to when I spend hard earned money, their aid states 7-14 days for shipping and they can not respond to a simple request for an answer on a factual delivery date.

Order part was told it would ship 3 work day ,6 days later I called back and was told it would ship tomorrow fri. Called back told it had shipped ups 6 days later I asked for tracking no.told I would get it tomorrow. Callback put on hold till phone went dead call next day no answer just hang up.next day had my son call diff.phone and a lady said it may be shipped June so 3 weeks later just stalling for time ,I don’t believe I will ever get it beware of this place.rh

This place is a scam website along with Mbenzgram. The good reviews have to be fake. I placed an order in January and asked for a refund in March. As with everyone else, the refund never came. The address provided by BBB shows a derelict house. I reported them to BBB and Mbenzgram claimed I had never ordered from them. I provided all the documentation and then BBB closed the case and said they couldn't help. After that the score on BBB went from a D+ to NR. I don"t know how this website is still active. Total scammers.

Beware! I seriously believe they were not going to refund and would not email me concerning my purchase. After my bank contacted them they refunded my money.

Like many of the other reviews, I placed an order for parts for my Camaro. I have called 3 times in the last week and each time was told it was shipping that day. Im getting the run around. Dispute filed with my credit card company.
I wish I would have done my research first.

I encourage everybody that has had this issue with Dana Port or Mbenzgram (same company) to file a report with the FBI's internet crimes unit at ic3dotgov

Also you should file a complaint with Shopify as the IP address goes back to them.

Update:
After posting my review, Dana Port had it removed saying that it harmed them and that I was not a customer of theirs. I submitted my invoice to Trust Pilot and the review was put back up.

I had disputed the charge with my credit card. And WOW. I must hold the record for fastest refund from Dana Port. Within days of the dispute they actually refunded the ful amount.

After waiting for weeks I can't move my order because they kept postponing 3 days 5 days on and on horrible service called to ask why my money was taking so long to be refunded when it said 3 to 5 days and it had been 10 days I got hung up on ridiculous This place should be shut down

After months of being promised that my order would be shipped "next week", I finally cancelled by order and requested a refund. After nearly a full month of being promised a refund, I'm being told "it will be processed at the end of the week". I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Do not do it! Ordered parts for my Camaro, I contacted them when ordering and the "sales rep" stated items are shipped out within 2-3 days purchased on May 11, contacted them a week later, "it won't be shipped until May 20th" contacted May 20th, " manufacturer says not until May 30th, or you can cancel and we will refund your money" I agreed to cancel and received an email stating it was refunded after they review it to make a decision. Still no refund,Had to go to my bank to dispute it. I recorded my parts from the manufacturer and received them 3days later. They stole 855.00 from me. Do not buy from them unless you don't mind being a VICTIM of their crimes

Never ever buy anything from Dana port racing they told me for over a week that I was going to get my refund needless to say I haven’t seen my refund of $1,350 whenever I call their customer support and talk to Jason he hangs up and blocks the number I’m calling from save y’all’s money and time never buy from this company they think their going to keep my $1,350 their so wrong!

Doesn’t even deserve 1 start. Website is fraud and they will never ship your item. They will have excuses to extend. Simply this site is fraud and stay away from it. I’m in the process of getting their site down. I’m taking to some FBI agent. This people deserve to get punished and learn. Someone has to stand up and that will be me.

I Ordered a part on Dec 17, 2021. I have yet to get this part! Called and spoke to someone and they confirmed on March 18, 2022 it was in route. Still haven't got this part and no one is returning calls or emails.

I bought an awning on 03-18-2022 and never got an update on shipment. I called them up and they said it'll get shipped 04-16. 3 days later and I still haven't received any shipping update or item. File a complaint on BBB and report FBI to put these scammers in jail.

This site is 100% a scam. You won't get anything but grief.

I am outraged by the lack of unprofessionalism demonstrated by the person who answers telephone calls for Dana Port Racing about order statuses. The representative refused to provide his contact information after I asked why I was being charged for an “in stock” item I purchased on 3/14 was being charged to my account that was back ordered 4 times since order date and remained in unfulfilled status as of 4/13, when I was informed the order shipment was now being moved another 2 weeks. When I asked to speak to a manager the representative said there was not a manager available to speak with, hung up on me and then canceled my order. I hope the Better Business Bureaus will take responsible action and notify authorities to verify if this is truly a legitimate business entity or not just some moron that doesn’t know how to run a business or manage customer relationships.

I ordered an item on 3/8/2022 and paid for the item. I did not hear a word or receive the item by 3/25/2022. I contacted sales for status and they stated the item would ship next week. Next week is here and no shipment from the vendor. I contacted sales again and the response was, it will ship next week. This business seems to be a scam.

Bought a part, didnt recieve any tracking info, cant get me any information on the part, customer service sucked bc they couldn't answer any of my questions. Kept pushing the delivery date over a month and just canceled the order.
