Return within 24 hours - feels like a scam
Ordered a Philadelphia Eagles jacket. The product was delayed in the manufacturing process, which was fine. However, upon opening the package I received it in I was met with a foul odor like sweat that made me want to vomit. After letting the jacket air out, I found that there was already a rip in the material.
To top it all off, when I checked about returning the item, I learned that the store policy is that returns must be made within 24 hours or else they will not be accepted. I was offered a partial refund of $15 on a $200+ item.
So, watch out if purchasing from this store as the quality of the product is not great and the exchange/refund policy clearly reflects that. Feels like a scam.

Update 2.17.2025, Capital One did refund my money as Danezon did not respond to their emails. Capital One took the hit on this transaction. I can’t thank them enough. Please proceed with caution.
Ordered jacket on January 25th thinking this was a legitimate website. Clearly it’s not. Here we are now at February 13th and their website states it’s processing my order. It doesn’t take 18days to process anything. Filed a fraud claim with Capital One. Please folks, stay clear from here.

such a stupid scam
their reviews are literally either AI generated or stole from another website called lambsco.com, or pretty much both websites has fake reviews, no wonder why this website almost has half of its reviews as 1 star
You can tell all the reviews (example: the adidas CNY jacket) have very similar tone, all have the same grammar, all have the same typing structure, all of them have at least 2 sentences, first sentence is a little comment and second sentence is something about themselves, especially that they have the same exact reviews from other websites. Don't even buy from this website when their reviews are just misleading and fake. Disgusting.

Ordered a '3:10 To Yuma' jacket, like the one worn by Ben Foster in the film. After touting themselves as on the ball and commencing the making of the item, they suddenly sent a lengthy screed about being unable to achieve the quality their departments required...and refunded the order. My reckoning? This is an unreliable Asian company posing western values and abilities. We've seen it many times before. AVOID this bunch, do not go near them

This has been the worst experience…
This has been the worst experience ever. I have emailed countless times, expressing my concern for a hoodie I ordered on 11-7-24.
