I feel this company just do not want you to send the test kits back to them. They just want take your payment.
No returns labels or packages, had to chance them for a returns label .
One test result back after 3 days ,

Do not use this company. Posted my kit on Thursday last week and I am still waiting for my results. Will not use them again
Avoid - Caused me so much stress
*Avoid * Worse experience ever, me and my friends used this company, as we knew someone who used and had no issues. They have no contact number to contact them and the contact us page tab doesn’t work, you can email them through the email they originally send you. Absolutely joke of a company they promised results within 24 hours took over 36! Hours, luckily we had a back up plan.. just don’t want anyone to use this company as many other people! Will ruin your holiday and you may even have to cancel book another test as they so long to respond. ( please use someone else so you are not stressed like I was)
Really good communication
I ordered two day 2 lateral flows from Dante labs before the public announcement said that PCRs are now required. I contacted them and spoke to Martina who happily replaced them with a new set of PCRs. Very friendly and very professional.
No result for PCR
*Update: They have issued a refund after couple of emails and leaving this review.
Sent my mom’s PCR day2 test a month ago, sent them several emails and the answer is that they have received the sample, but has not processed it yet( 1 month later!). Does not answer for refund request and avoiding to give refund, they answer with apology emails only. AVOID!
I didn't get the service I hired from them!
I used them in August 2021 and all was fine so got another Day 2 test in September 2021 but, when I tried to register the test, the code was invalid. I contacted them and I'm still waiting for a reply after emailing them several times...

Ordered a test kit earlier this year
Ordered a test kit earlier this year, it arrived on my 9th day.. on my second day I called nhs they sent me a test and did it, then on the 8th day as well. At least I got my money back after one hour of figthing with them. They said I can use it next time, well, how am I suppose to know when will the next time be? Sent the kit back straight got my money back after a week. Necer use them again.

When the IT Procedures Failed. These Credited, Prompt and Professional Individuals Assisted, Supported and Used Their Trouble Shooting Skills, to Resolve Technical Issues which Delayed the Otherwise Simple and Straightforward Policy and Procedure, DANTE Labs Provides.

Really bad service
Really bad service. They lost my first pcr test and the second ones results were really late. It’s also hard to contact anyone from their customer service team. Would never use again. I ended having to pay £80 at the airport for a pcr because of their mistake & nearly missed my flight for a business trip.
Don’t book your Day 2 tests until just before you are due to return home!
My advice to anyone reading this is don’t book your Day 2 tests until just before you are due to return home! We have been penalised by committing to Dante a week in advance of our trips and when the U.K. government changed requirements from the lateral flow to the PCR we contacted Dante for a credit towards purchasing PCR tests or a refund. Little did we know that only weeks before they had to stop offering the PCR tests due to the terrible mismanagement of the service. And we were informed by the customer service rep a refund was not possible as we purchased them more than 2 weeks ago. So if you are going away for a fortnight you are well and truly snookered.
Complicated and UX problems
These 2 day tests are quite complex and uses Certific app, that sometimes fail when you do the test after following all required procedures... Problem was solved by contacting their support via email. Poor app user experience.

This company claims to be government approved but I fail to see how this has not been revoked considering their appalling service.
I received the results of my Day 2 PCR test, posted on the Saturday, 6th November in a Priority Post Box, very late on Tuesday, 9th.
We posted my husband's test at the same time but had no notification of his results. When we contacted Dante we were assured it was in the sorting office prior being sent to the lab.and we would be notified of the results.
On the Friday evening I found a notification amongst my junk email containing my result and recording my husband's as not having been received in the lab.
All subsequent attempts to get clarification or support have been ignored. Never again will we use Dante.

Results 6 days late
Results 6 days late. Had to purchase tests from a more respectable company for the flight. Asked for a refund and they blamed me with a ridiculous screenshot saying I had missed a 1 (on both tests somehow) and that's why it's my fault. AVOID. I MEAN OF COURSE YOU WILL IF YOU'RE ON TRUSTPILOT BUT I WAS SILLY ENOUGH TO BUY AND HOPE FOR THE BEST DON'T BE AS SILLY AS ME.

We have still not received our results that we sent away for in October. They hardly ever respond to e mails and we’ve demanded a refund. Company is a joke. Now pcr tests will be needed again…. DO NOT USE THEM!

I have not received confirmation that they received my test nor have I received results.
I now see on the Guardian website that they are being investigated. Do not use this company.
6 days late and counting
6 days late and counting processing my PCR. 3 days to respond to my request for information that was sent 2 days after confirmation the sample arrived at the lab (that was Monday, this is Saturday). Terrible. Do not use!
