I have bought from dante labs a 2.5.8 day PCR tests,i did the first one and it was negative and then it started the horrror,the 5 day one it came inconclusive and i ask for them to send me a new test to do and they said that i have to pay for it.i already paid for them and i believe that the kit is faulty and i do Not have to pay for something that it did not work in the first place.It is the first time when i buy from them and the last.I give one star because i could not give 0 stars.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM NEVER

Terrible service- not even worthy of 1 star
No return label in either of two day 2 tests and ended up paying postage and trusting the address I found online worked
One result returned and nothing about 2nd one 2 weeks later

Scam! Booked day 2&8 tests along with Day 5 Test to release, all results Unclear. The swabbing was conducted by an NHS Nurse. They just write random results on report.

Ordered a day 2 test in August which never arrived. Sent 5/6 emails for a refund: no replies from them. They just take your money and run. Obviously they made sure not to list any telephone number on the website just to avoid the risk of refunding unhappy customers.

Do not use them, they failed to provide the PCR result within the agreed timeframe forcing us to take a second much more expensive on the day test. Then having agreed to refund us for the shocking service - they NEVER processed the refund. Please avoid unless you want to waste your money.

booked two day two covid tests. Delivery was good but we only received one of the two back. Despite numerous attempts tp contact them we only received a reply to the first mail which stated to test had been received and was awaiting processing . Four further chase up mails received no response at all.

However we did receive a group advertising email which stated "we're thinking of you" as part of the mail. !!!!!!

Don't trust them.

Ordered 2 'fit to fly' PCRs and 2 day two PCRs on 3rd October. Our holiday was 9th-13th and all 4 tests arrived on 20th. We stupidly hadn't realised this was the company all over the news. Luckily, we paid at Boots and DL refunded us in full. Their customer service is very strange and almost non existent.

There is a formal investigation into the way Dante Labs are doing business, treating customers and breaking the law. That in itself tells you everything you need to know.

Please do not join me and the several other people who have already been scammed by them.

At the start everything seemed well, once the test was back with them they never provided any form of result. Contact with them resulted in a promise escalation, which again never happened…

They are now ignoring emails, I’m wondering if it was all a scam from the word go.

Even the government is investigating this organisation, its out there for your own research.

It’s appalling how an organisation like this can take advantage of already the stress and implications of Covid testing linked with the requirements of travel. Furthermore, where is the duty of care in ensuring that if somebody was infected they might not be spreading it all due to inefficiency of losing a returned test at their end?

Dante Labs still has not processed my refund of £84 nearly two months later. They have not even replied or acknowledged my emails sent on 24 August, 23 September, and 8 November. They don't have any other contact aside from that email address. Which I copied from their refund policy T&C. BE WARNED DON'T BUY FROM DANTE LABS! I wish I would have read trust pilot reviews of Dante Labs before giving my money to this unreachable company. I can only assume, the good ratings are as usual fake reviews. I am well annoyed.

I got super anxious after reading all the bad reviews but could not say one bad word about them. I have placed the order for my test which arrived next day around the same time. Instructions were clear and I have sent my test back before 9 am via postbox. The next day i got a bit anxious as I still did not hear from them but by 5pm i received an email that my test has reached the lab and i will have my results within 24 hours. I have emailed them that morning as i was worried and they even replied to my email re-forwarding me my results which i got in the midnight after receiving the email with my results. I will order from them again.

I ordered a fit to fly test for £48. They never sent me a confirmation email so could not send me information. They did sent the test but never the result. There was no telephone number that worked and when I sent an email they replied saying they will contact me soon. They never did and it cost me £150 for an emergency test. Stay well clear. Terrible company

After sending the day 2 sample test to their labs on Oct 31st I am still waiting for the results 5 days after! The day 2 test is meant to ensure any potential positive case is detected immediately after arrival in the UK so this delay in sending the results back is not only unacceptable but irresponsible. Also I originally purchased the day 2 test kit back in September but I didn’t receive the reference number to be used in the passenger locator form in time for my travel (note that I purchased the test a few days before my travel!) so I had to purchase another test from another provider who sent the referral number immediately. After emailing customer service I finally received the referral number which I then used on my latest travel in October. Now I am still waiting for the test result 5 days after having sent the sample. The sample was sent via Royal Mail tracked service and according to the Royal Mail website the sample was delivered ( and signed for) a few days ago.
I have emailed customer service and they did reply back asking for details of order number and email I used for the order to investigate the case. I am waiting for a reply but I had to go and have another test to be able to attend my workplace as I needed confirmation of my negative status.
I will never use this provider again and I hope my review can help others to avoid the issues I have experienced.

Very unreliable do not risk using this service, some of our family members missed the flite as the results Do Not arrive on time, even though we posted them 72 hours before the flite, some of our comfirmations arrived after the flite, we had over 20 passengers in the family who used this service it was very costly & stressful booking new flites again.

I'm surprised by all the bad reviews. I received my 2 day PCR test on time, simple and clear instructions. Got my test result within 48 hours. I sent them an email to ask a question, they responded promptly. Competitive price. My husband used their 20£ test, authorised from Oct 24th, which worked well too.

Sent ltr flow tests no codes for passenger locator form

Ordered PCR tests before change to lateral flow. Email with code arrived immediately. Tests a couple of days later. Registered them before travel. Posted our tests on our return and had results 2 days later. One test was unclear and comments on certificate said it was in the retest queue. I wasn't sure if they would get back in touch but negative result was confirmed a few hours later.

Very slow delivery

I ve order day 5 test to release, but they were soo slow so i got the test on day 7 ,doesn't matter i ve ordered my test on day 2 , i ve done the test and send it back quickly hooping i will get the results faster but seems they are slow with everything .im on my last day off self-isolating and still no answer from them.i ve paid for test to release for nothing because i couldn't stop my isolation. Don't trust them and don't waste your time with them

I have the highest praise for Dante Labs. The whole process runs like a well-oiled clock. The test arrived on time and the instructions were brilliant and easy to follow.
