No happy at all with service...Daparto…
Not happy at all with service...Daparto takes no responibility for the actions or delays of sale of the seller on their site . Over 2 weeks waiting for a part from Germany to Spain is ridiculous and it still has not arrived 25 days after purchase today 28.7.21. I do not think this this company is serious about it´s customers and I do not recommend buying on this platform . Also a Paypal claim in progress due to inactivity of seller renet Autoteile Netzwerk GmbH to communicate,resolve offer assistance ...nada ...they stole my money and sent nothing 303euroof my money and a waste of my time over 4 weeks now and counting. An update on 21.9.21 . The part never arrived and I had not contact from the seller although Darparto tried to intervene and solve the issue but they failed . The refund came via Paypal after over 2 months waiting ...The supplier should not be on Daparto and this review still stands .
